Jamo, a renowned Danish speaker brand, was founded in 1968 by Preben Jacobsen and Julius Mortensen. With a blend of craftsmanship and sales expertise, Jamo quickly established a reputation for high-quality audio products and became one of Europe’s largest speaker manufacturers in the 1990s and 2000s. Now part of Rayleigh Labs & Cinemaster, the brand is set for a revival in 2024.




The profile of the position:

The Global Marketing Manager for Jamo reports to the CEO, focusing on market potential, content strategy, and global brand consistency. This role translates brand guidelines into clear content strategies and ensures global consistency.


Key responsibilities include managing agencies, optimizing budgets, overseeing website content and digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), and collaborating with PR, sales, and product teams. The role involves analyzing competitors, preparing launch media packages, and adjusting strategies based on feedback.


Experience in global brand-building is required; audio product experience is not necessary.






Key responsibilities:

Strategy development:

Collaborate with Jamo’s management team to craft and implement a global branding and PR strategy.

Marketing Communications:

Translate brand guidelines into campaign concepts and execute them.

Create compelling content for digital, print, and social media channels.

Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

Develop and deliver product launch media kits aligned with brand standards.

Independent Contributor Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with independent contributors in the APAC region and manage project deliverables.

Exhibition and Event Management:

Develop and manage strategies for global industry events in collaboration with the international sales team.

Competitor Analysis:

Analyze competitors’ marketing channels and adjust Jamo’s strategy as needed.





      Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

5+ years proven experience in marketing, preferably with experience in a management position.

Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and communication skills, with a willingness to travel internationally.
