【YL静安Buying Assistant Manager】
工作内容
//////////////////////
1、OTB and Buying.
1）Work with retail operation team to define OTB structure based on the store segmentation and assortment plan.
2）Prepare for FQ channel buy plan followed the company business growth direction, adapt buying guidelines to channel buy plan.
3）Seasonal product performance hindsight analysis including price positioning on a seasonal basis for next season new buy preparations.
4）Review size assortment and performance by product category to ensure the latest trends are reflected in the new buy.
5）Product sales rolling forecast. Monitor inventory and sell thru.
6）Closely work with inventory management team on local engine products replenishment and chasing opportunities.
2、In-season Product Management.
1）Work with allocation, merch team to manage seasonal new products launch flow.
2）Set product sales target and regular tracking products ST performance.
3）Monitor stock delivery, ensure the products launching and seasonal sales schedules are in line with Retail Calendar and sales trend.
4）Responsible for FQ inventory level and product flush plan to outlets.
5）Monitor sales performance and sell thru, giving out instructions for re-balancing of stocks to stores.
6）End of season product management.
7）Make regular visit to stores to collect qualitative comments and propose action plan / incentive program whenever necessary.
3、Communications and Retail Supports.
1）Provide investment inputs to Visual Merchandiser, give strategic direction on the new arrivals and top buy products to be highlighted.
2）Support operation team on store activities and promotion plan.
3）Ad-hoc projects requirements.
岗位要求

1、Bachelor degree and above.
2、10+years buying experience of apparel brands.
3、Strong fashion sense and analytical skills.
4、Excellent Good MS Excel skills, MS power point.
