The way we think shapes how we act in many ways. By understanding the patterns of our minds, we can improve the quality of our decisions and actions. This session will explore how thinking influences behavior and provide tools for addressing problems, enhancing communication, and introducing the “Fast Track” framework for tackling challenges.

- Explore the way the mind works and its impact on our behavior
- Identify the way of thinking needed to address projects and people
- Improve the quality of communication and reduce conflicts
- Develop a framework known as ‘Fast Track’ to address current challenges

萨思洛博士是全球知名的高管教育的思想领袖，拥有超过三十年的教学、指导和设计领导力开发项目的经验，帮助领导者和组织实现转型。萨思洛博士致力于发掘和应用创新的学习方法，以吸引和激励成年学习者。他坚信，领导力并非与生俱来，并强调真正的领导力始于自我认知和自我领导。
萨思洛博士在全球众多著名学府拥有丰富的教学经验，包括哈佛大学、麻省理工学院、中欧国际工商学院、上海高级金融学院、罗马路易斯大学、南卫理公会大学和维也纳大学等。他还曾担任大型企业如 Aetna和USFG（圣保罗保险公司）的高管教育总监。
萨思洛博士服务的客户包括IBM、GE、百度、LVMH、阿里巴巴、万豪和强生等全球知名企业。萨思洛博士的专业领域涵盖了诸多关键主题，如领导组织变革、领导力的敏捷性、高绩效文化、批判性思维和冲突管理。
目前，萨思洛博士在迈阿密大学米勒医学院教授领导力与组织行为学。他拥有斯沃斯莫尔学院的经济学和心理学学士学位，以及哈佛大学的组织行为与管理学硕士和博士学位。
Dr. Shalom Saada Saar is a renowned thought leader in executive education, with over thirty years of experience in teaching, directing, and designing programs that transform leaders and organizations. A Harvard University graduate, Dr. Saar has dedicated his career to discovering and applying innovative learning methods that engage and empower adult learners. Rejecting traditional lecture-based teaching, Dr. Saar centers his approach on the learner, facilitating rigorous and challenging discussions that enable participants to address real-world challenges.
Dr. Saar’s extensive global teaching experience includes prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, MIT, SMU, University of Vienna, CEIBS, SAIF in Shanghai, and LUISS University in Rome. He has also served as the Director of Executive Education for major corporations such as Aetna and USFG (St. Paul Insurance Companies). His client roster features global powerhouses like IBM, GE, Baidu, LVMH, Alibaba, Marriott, and Johnson & Johnson, among others. Dr. Saar’s expertise covers a wide range of critical topics, including Leading Organizational Change, Leadership Agility, High-Performance Culture, Critical Thinking, and Conflict Management.
Dr. Saar currently teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Swarthmore College and Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Organizational Behavior and Administration from Harvard University.
