【China Ecommerce Assistant Sales Manager】岗位职责

1. Be responsible for online sales analysis and growth drivers on Tmall. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
2. Cooperate with TP to support the routine operation of Tmall store including paid marketing, stock control, CRM, and consumer experience within the channel.
3. Communicate with ALI to identify opportunities for improving sales performance and enhancing the customer experience.
4. Maintain open communication with SOP team and other related team to address any issues or concerns promptly and solve them.
5. Track, collect and analyze the data weekly and monthly to define the issue with useful insights, and take the next actions.
6. Rich experience and can individually lead the online marketing campaign.
7. Follow and good execution of new product launch.
8. Assit the implementation of new projects to drive business growth.

China Ecommerce Assistant Sales Manager】岗位要求

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience and 3 year+  in sales and opeartaion on Tmall channel.
3. Luxury or Top Brand with Experience is a plus.
4. Have experience in cooperation with IT and SOP team.
5. Excellent ability of implementation and communication, strong attention to detail, results-oriented with analytical skills, collaborative teamplayer.

【Project Manager】岗位职责

1. Lead and support project management and governance activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Drive the development and maintenance of the documentation framework for projects, establishing and enforcing project management processes, policies, and standards. Ensure stability and change management during maintenance.
3. Manage the project approach and communication plans, overseeing both front-line and back-office operations.

【Project Manager】岗位要求

1. A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Management Information System, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, etc.).
2. 5+ years of experience in a project management-related role, with front-line and back-office operation experience. Proven experience in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills to identify and overcome change barriers. Extensive experience working with project teams of various sizes across multiple geographic regions, ensuring successful project completion.
3. In-depth understanding of project management fundamentals from initiation to completion.
4. Familiarity with project budget management, consolidation, and reporting.
5. Experience in managing external resources, such as consultants and vendors.
6. Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and proficiency in using related software tools.

【Sales Operation Assistant】岗位职责

1. In charge of daily sales order operation. Secure customers’ orders are fulfilled on time.
2. Cooperate with customers, warehouse vendor and sales team to ensure customer could get sufficient logistic information about their orders.
3. Cooperate with warehouse vendor to secure the high efficiency of warehouse operation, especially when customer has special request.
4. According to analysis of retailers’ sell out and ship-in data, support the team to be accurate at demand planning.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly report to help logistic& sales team tracking and monitoring execution.
6. Closely work with Head office logistic team to secure the local market demand is fulfilled.
7. Collect and analyze key retailers/ ECommerce POS data to maintain reasonable safety stock for them.
8. Arrange sample shipment for testing for other countries.

【Sales Operation Assistant】岗位要求

1. Bachelor, major in Business, International Trade, Logistic, related working experience is preferred.
2. Able to work with SAP & OMS is preferred.
3. Able to use data analysis tool is preferred.
4. Fluent English in reading /writing.
5. Excellent in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT ).
6. Strong communication skill to work collaboratively across business functions.
7. Good learning capability, able to support different program when required.
8. Able to work under pressure.
