蓬勃发展的中国跨境电商市场，正吸引越来越多的跨境支付服务商加码投资。
近日，跨国金融科技公司MODIFI贸德飞宣布进一步扩大在中国的运营投资，以深圳为中国运营和服务中心，加码对中国跨境电商企业的金融服务业务。
MODIFI贸德飞的主要业务，是为全球中小企业提供出口贸易融资等金融服务。目前已经为50多个国家和地区的1800多家企业提供服务，总融资额超过30亿美元。其中，中国客户的融资额增速最快。2024年，公司为中国B2B外贸企业提供的总融资金额同比增长5倍。
MODIFI贸德飞负责人表示，中国跨境电商呈现蓬勃发展态势，已经成为拉动中国外贸增长与制造业出海的新动能。中国产品也展现出巨大的出海潜力，尤其体现在汽车、家居、电子消费品、家电和户外产品等细分领域。公司从中看到了广阔的发展前景，计划进一步扩建在中国的销售和服务团队，并探索建立更多合作伙伴关系。

Diageo Inaugurated Its First Whisky Distillery Site in China in Dali, Yunnan Province
总部位于英国的酒业集团帝亚吉欧近日宣布，其在华首个威士忌酒厂——云拓单一麦芽威士忌酒厂于11月15日在云南大理洱源落成。
Headquartered in the UK, the beverage alcohol company Diageo announced that its first whisky distillery in China, the YunTuo Single Malt Whisky Distillery, was inaugurated in Eryuan, Dali, Yunnan Province, on November 15.
帝亚吉欧表示，计划9年内投资8亿元用于酒厂建设。
Diageo said it plans to invest RMB 800 million in the construction of the distillery over nine years.
该公司还表示，为支持当地社区和旅游业发展，公司与大理旅游协会共同发起了“大理社区扶持项目”，通过帝亚吉欧的 “终身学习”计划，为洱源地区的旅游从业人员提供技能提升和职业发展机会。
The company also said that in order to support the local community and tourism development, it has jointly launched the Dali Social Support Programme with the Dali Tourism Association to provide skills upgrading and career development opportunities for tourism practitioners in Eryuan region through Diageo’s Learning for Life programme.
Samsung Shares Rose after It Announced a $7 Billion Buyback Plan
据外媒报道，三星电子近日表示，将在未来12个月内分阶段回购10万亿韩元（约合71.7亿美元）股票，以帮助提升股东价值，三星周一早盘一度跳涨7.5%。
According to foreign media reports, Samsung Electronics recently said it would buy back 10 trillion South Korean won ($7.17 billion) of its shares in phases over the next 12 months to help boost shareholder value, sending shares up as much as 7.5% in early trading on Monday.
三星表示，从本周一开始，将从市场上回购3万亿韩元的股票，其中包括5014万股普通股和691万股优先股，并在2025年2月17日前注销。
Samsung said it will buy back 3 trillion South Korean won of shares from the market starting Monday, including 50.14 million ordinary shares and 6.91 million preferred shares, which will be cancelled by Feb. 17, 2025.
据悉，在今年之前，三星的股价已下跌逾30%。有分析指出，此次回购计划也被视为三星为了提振股价、增强投资者信心而采取的重要措施。
Before this year, Samsung's shares had fallen more than 30%. Some analysts pointed out that the buyback plan is also regarded as an important measure taken by Samsung in order to boost the share price and enhance investor confidence.
