路英(Candy Ying Lu)博士
Dr. Candy Ying Lu is a Senior Lecturer in International Management and Employment in the Department of Management, Macquarie University. Dr Lu’s current research focus includes sustainable human resource management (HRM), common good HRM, AI in HRM (AI-HRM), and AI-human collaboration in business and management, taking an innovative approach within HRM and Organisational Behavior (OB) contexts. Her previous research has focused on cross-cultural management, diversity management, international human resource management, and occupational health and safety in the mining sector.Dr Lu's work includes papers published in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Management International Review, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Research, Human Resource Management Review, and Safety Science.

本次讲座将探讨不同文化背景下的人力资源管理动态,特别聚焦于中澳两国的实践。我们将提供一项比较分析,探讨针对各国不同商业环境和文化规范而定制的人力资源管理策略,比较在招聘与选拔、培训、绩效管理、薪酬以及劳资关系等方面的相似性与差异。此外,本次讲座还将探讨一些真实案例,这些案例突出了中国跨国企业在澳大利亚运营时遇到的人力资源管理挑战。
This talk will explore the dynamics of human resource management (HRM) across different cultures, with a focus on practices in China and Australia. It will provide a comparative analysis of HRM strategies tailored to the distinct business environments and cultural norms of each country, comparing similarities and differences in recruitment and selection, training, performance management, compensation, and industrial relations. The session will also cover discussions that highlight the HRM challenges Chinese MNEs have experienced when operating in Australia.
