中投公司董事长任免
国务院决定：任命张青松同志为中国投资有限责任公司董事长，免去彭纯的中国投资有限责任公司董事长职务。
彭纯同志在任职期间守正创新、履职尽责，带领中投公司坚定不移走中国特色金融发展之路，以自身高质量发展促进金融强国建设，积极融入推进中国式现代化大局。在彭纯同志的带领下，中投公司着力推进对外投资体制机制改革，持续创新发展“汇金模式”，推动系统直管企业提高核心竞争力，稳妥应对各类重大风险挑战，主权财富基金引领撬动和国有金融资本战略支撑作用进一步增强，在服务国家发展大局中展现了力量和担当。
中投公司对彭纯同志在建设一流主权财富基金、打造新形势下国有金融资本受托管理机构、推动公司高质量发展等方面做出的卓越贡献，给予高度评价并表示衷心感谢。
Personnel Announcement
As per decisions of the State Council, Mr. ZHANG Qingsong was appointed as Chairman of CIC. Mr. PENG Chun no longer serves as Chairman of CIC.
Mr. PENG Chun endeavored to make disciplined innovation and performed duties with diligence during his tenure as Chairman. Under his leadership, CIC steadfastly pursued China’s unique path of financial development and actively contributed to the building of a nation with a strong financial sector, advancing Chinese modernization through our own high-quality growth. Mr. PENG championed systematic reforms in outbound investment, continuously innovated and developed the “Huijin Model”, enhanced the core competitiveness of CIC group companies, and safeguarded against various material risks. With these efforts, CIC has played a stronger role in facilitating national development by galvanizing resources and supporting economic development via management of state-owned financial capital.
We highly acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding contribution made by Mr. PENG Chun to building CIC into a first-class sovereign wealth fund, enhancing Central Huijin’s role as a fiduciary manager of state-owned financial capital under new circumstances, and promoting the high-quality development of CIC.■
