心房颤动（房颤）是最常见的持续性心律失常，严重影响患者生活质量，显著增加死亡、卒中、心力衰竭和痴呆风险。过去二十年在房颤风险预测与筛查诊断、卒中预防、节律控制、导管消融和综合管理等方面取得了一系列突破性进展，这一时期我国房颤管理的规模、质量和经验也得到了大幅度提升，为制定房颤诊断和治疗指南提供了坚实的基础。为进一步推动房颤规范化管理，及时、充分地将新技术新理念应用于临床实践，中华医学会心血管病学分会和中国生物医学工程学会心律分会组织专家，共同制定了《心房颤动诊断和治疗中国指南》。该指南详尽阐述了房颤管理的各个环节，并根据亚洲房颤人群特点提出了CHA2DS2-VASc-60卒中评分，重新评价了房颤筛查的临床应用，强调了早期节律控制的意义和导管消融在节律控制中的核心地位。

Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial fibrillation (AF)
is the most common sustained cardiac arrhythmia, significantly impacting
patients’ quality of life and increasing the risk of death, stroke, heart
failure, and dementia. Over the past 2 decades, there have been significant
breakthroughs in AF risk prediction and screening, stroke prevention, rhythm
control, catheter ablation, and integrated management. During this period, the
scale, quality, and experience of AF management in China have greatly improved,
providing a solid foundation for the development of guidelines for the
diagnosis and management of AF. To further promote standardized AF management,
and apply new technologies and concepts to clinical practice in a timely and
comprehensive manner, the Chinese Society of Cardiology of the Chinese Medical
Association and the Heart Rhythm Committee of the Chinese Society of Biomedical
Engineering have jointly developed the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis
and Management of Atrial Fibrillation. The guidelines have comprehensively
elaborated on various aspects of AF management and proposed the CHA2DS2-VASc-60 stroke risk score based on the characteristics of AF in the Asian
population. The guidelines have also reevaluated the clinical application of AF
screening, emphasized the significance of early rhythm control, and highlighted
the central role of catheter ablation in rhythm control.Keywords: Atrial
