2022-2023是疫情尾声也是整体经济下行的中段，我们复盘了DOMANI在该时间段的部分代表性项目成果。虽然其中每个项目都面临因时局而产生的干扰与反复，但通过超前的创作观念与严谨的设计落地与管理能力，我们依然幸运的在时局磋磨中呈现诸多佳作。

展望未来，设计业或将面临更复杂的商业环境，但江湖夜雨十年灯，长期的专注作品与设计本身，也许正是在经济下沉周期中最凸显设计品牌能量的路径。

2022-2023 marked the closing phase of the COVID-19 pandemic and a period of overall economic downturn. This article highlights some representative achievements of DOMANI's projects during this time. Despite the disruptions and uncertainties caused by the prevailing circumstances, each project showcased in this retrospective has demonstrated DOMANI's advanced creative concepts, meticulous design implementation, and effective management capabilities, resulting in numerous remarkable achievements.

Looking ahead, the design industry may face even more complex business environments. By focusing on the long-term dedication to their work and the essence of design itself, perhaps it is during economic downturns that design brands can truly demonstrate their strength and vitality.

复兴与旧改

往昔即异乡冲口仓-广州聚龙湾城市客厅

冲口仓是一组江岸的老旧仓库，保留其旧建筑的身份，并完全避开被定性为历保文保建筑而得以获得崭新的命运，既没有"老当益壮"的幻觉亦不搞‘返老还童’的可笑还可以彻底避开"有若无，实若虚，大智若愚"的拧巴。实在是其宿命中的运气。而更大的运气的是，作为设计方，我们获得这个荣幸的机会，将这组近百年的旧建筑进行场所激活并赋予其当代历时意义。

The Chongkou warehouse is a group of old warehouses on the river bank, which retains its identity as an old building and avoids being classified as a historical and cultural preservation building and thus has a new fate. It is also possible to completely avoid the 'something if nothing, a reality if nothing, a great wisdom if foolishness'①. This is indeed the luck of its destiny. And it is even more fortunate that we, as designers, have been given this honored opportunity to renovate this group of nearly century-old buildings and bestow them a contemporary significance.

中国对饮食的重视与考究近乎于道，举世罕有可匹。不论是街头排档或者厅堂华室都各有各的风骨路数。而餐饮环境设计在五识（视、嗅、味、触、听）中已占其三，其起乎于礼，可探究处深不见底。我们通过一次‘大味至淡，放盐有度’的设计尝试来探讨当代高级中餐环境中的一种更抽象内敛的可能性，及呈现完整独特的用餐体验。

China's profound emphasis on food and dining is unmatched worldwide, from vibrant street food stalls to elegant dining halls, each with its own unique style and characteristics. Designing the dining environment is of utmost importance as it engages three of the five human senses (sight, smell, and taste). Adopting a "simplification of the essence" design approach, we aim to explore a more abstract and understated possibility within contemporary upscale Chinese dining environments, offering a complete and distinct dining experience.

近水知鱼，近山识鸟，近厨辨食。我用这个空间试‘放盐’，自品浓淡。

Frequent exposure to something allows us to unconsciously grasp its habits and patterns. This space became a metaphorical "salted," inviting everyone to savor its subtle nuances.

VMESHOU全新品牌形象店选址于北京三里屯SOHO商圈中的临街两层铺位，并力邀DOMANI东仓为其进行空间体验规划及室内设计，打造品牌在京的首个线下体验中心同时也是面向合作伙伴的接待及交流场所。

VMESHOU's new brand image store is located in the two-story shop in the SOHO business district of Sanlitun, Beijing, and invites DOMANI to carry out the space experience planning and interior design, creating the brand's first offline experience center in Beijing. It also serves as a reception and exchange space for corporate partners.

DOMANI于本次空间设计创作进行了实验性的探索，探讨关于设计概念与空间场所功能属性的非关联性，并指向关于设计创作的经验与场所的解构。即放弃寻找既定的空间题材与创作概念上的硬性关联，随机的创作点与空间功能性进行了有效链接后，通过这种链接的抽象性突破了对于既定题材的想象边界。

The design of this project involved experimental exploration, which focused on the non-associative relationship between design concepts and spatial functional attributes, and aimed to deconstruct the experience of design creation and space. The design process abandoned the rigid association between established spatial themes and creative concepts and effectively linked randomly created points with the functional aspects of the space. Through this abstract link, the imagination boundaries of established themes were broken.

COTTIA首家线下门店选址于深圳中洲湾C Future City购物中心，集艺术文化与潮流一体的年轻消费力聚集地。这源于品牌为新世代独立女性的个性化形象表达提供先锋时尚选择的初心，更呼应了以空间具象化品牌内核并放大传播声量的诉求。为此COTTIA邀请DOMANI东仓建设一同策划并进行空间设计。

在纯白之中，光从深处透出、从高空倾泻。光勾勒形体、递进层次、形成节奏。抽象的精神由此被赋予形态，并在光的调和之中获得连贯的内在逻辑与秩序，为空间中即将上演的剧目准备就绪。

COTTIA's first offline store is located in Shenzhen's C Future City shopping center, targeting young consumers interested in art, culture, and trends. The brand aims to provide avant-garde fashion choices for the new generation of independent women and amplify its core values through the store's design, which was created in collaboration with DOMANI.

In pure white, light penetrates from deep within and pours down from high above. Light outlines forms, creates progressive layers, and forms a rhythm. Abstract spirit is thus given form and obtains a coherent internal logic and order in the harmony of light, preparing for the upcoming performance in the space.

YOEYYOU 把复杂而美好的「你」视作一切发生的本源，与「你」的对话是寻求更接近你的表达方式，在每个「你」的自我世界之中，表达是飘散的碎片，是感知宇宙下的悬浮体。

YOEYYOU regards the complex and beautiful 'you' as the source of everything that happens. The dialogue with 'you' is to seek a way of expression that is closer to you. The expression is a floating fragment, a levitation under the perception of the universe.

这一次，YOEYYOU 将这些表达置入实体，筑起一座如同思维殿堂一般的失重空间，让每一种表达寻到其归属之地。

This time, YOEYYOU puts these expressions into the entity, building a weightless space like a temple of thinking, so that every expression can find its place of belonging.

2021年年末，ROARINGWILD回归深圳大本营于万象前海购物中心再立一店，极具冲击力、代表性及记忆点的“红色”与“立方体”作为熟悉的视觉元素再次出现，而不同的是其中蕴藏着成长与坚持的印迹，和更为充沛饱满的情绪。

在同与不同，变化与不变中，我们看到一个属于这个时代和这一代年轻人的品牌精神与力量。

At the end of 2021, RW returned to its Shenzhen base and opened a new store in MixC Qianhai shopping complex. The impactful, representative, and memorable red color and the "cube" reappeared as familiar visual elements, but there was a difference, that it has contained the imprint of growth and persistence, with more abundant of emotions.

Between the similarity and difference, change and constancy, we see a brand’s spirit and strength that belongs to this era and this generation of young people.
