Candidates with rich experiences in either spatial single-cell multi-omics data analysis, epigenomics / epi-transcriptomics data analysis, bioinformatics algorithm development, or deep learning models are highly encouraged to apply.Research Opportunities• Analyze single-cell RNA-seq, ChIP-seq / Cut&Tag, ATAC-seq, MERFISH, RNA modification profiles, Hi-C, or Nanopore direct RNA sequencing data to unravel spatial and temporal dimensions of biological processes.• Investigate the regulatory mechanisms of gene expression, including intercellular communication, transcription factors, histone modifications, RNA modifications, and 3D chromatin folding to gain insights into development and diseases.• Develop innovative computational tools, statistical methods, artificial intelligence techniques, machine learning algorithms, or network models.• Collaborate with clinicians and biologists to enhance research productivity, foster innovation, and facilitate translational applications.Research EnvironmentAt the Chen Lab, we foster an environment that promotes research freedom, self-motivation, and collaboration.
