He is Editor of Limnology and Oceanography Letters and enjoys sharing his experiences in scientific writing and publishing with early-career researchers.
Bridget Deemer

U.S. Geological Survey Southwest Biological Science Center
Dr. Bridget Deemer is a research ecologist at the U.S. Geological Survey Southwest Biological Science Center. Bridget is passionate about understanding how dam management affects water quality, ecosystem productivity and greenhouse gas emissions. Dr. Deemer enjoys scientific writing. She co-founded a scientific writing group in graduate school and is now an Associate Editor for Limnology and Oceanography Letters.
Scott Hotaling
Assistant Professor
Department of Watershed Sciences at Utah State University
Scott Hotaling is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Watershed Sciences at Utah State University. He is a mountain ecologist who studies the impacts of climate change on high-elevation ecosystems with a particular emphasis on glacier recession and the associated changes to downstream ecosystems.
