「枢·融」义乌“国际开放枢纽区”统合规划设计国际竞赛由义乌市自然资源和规划局、义乌铁路与综合枢纽建设管理指挥部主办，上海拾分之壹文化艺术有限公司协办。旨在通过召集国内外优秀的规划师与建筑师，汇集全球智慧，聚焦于“协调多港区联动，塑造新贸易核心，发掘新质生产力，生态高性能用地，打造城市迎客厅”等多重主题，在更高层面上谋划“国际开放枢纽区”的总体定位、空间结构和功能布局等，以全新的视角和方法来探讨义乌未来发展的方向与路径。通过区域整合与功能重构，锚定“世界小商品之都”建设，充分发掘和利用区域内公路、铁路、航空的交通区位优势和自然人文资源优势，打造独具义乌特色的开放枢纽门户，勾勒出一幅面向未来、城乡共富、生态活力、多维“枢·融”的城市发展新图景。
「Hub·Harmony」International Competition Integrated Planning and Design of Yiwu “International Open Hub Area” is organized by Yiwu Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Yiwu Railway and Comprehensive Hub Construction Management Command, and co-organized by Shanghai One-tenth Art Company. To gather excellent planners and architects worldwide, collect global wisdom, and focus on multiple themes such as “coordinating the linkage of multiple port areas, shaping the core of new trade, exploring the new qualitative productivity and ecological high-performance land use, and creating an urban greeting lobby”. Making strategies for the hub area’s overall positioning, spatial structure, and functional layout at a higher level and exploring Yiwu’s developing direction and path with new perspectives and methods. Through regional integration and functional restructuring, anchoring the construction of “World Small Commodity Capital”, fully exploring and utilizing the advantages of transportation location of highways, railways, and airways as well as the advantages of natural and human resources in the region, creating an open hub portal with unique characteristics of Yiwu, and sketching a picture of a future-oriented, urban and rural co-wealthy, ecologically vibrant and multi-dimensional “Hub·Harmony”.
竞赛立足于义乌“国际开放枢纽区”，面向全球发出公告。自2024年9月16日正式公告以来，组委会官网共收到了来自中国、德国、美国、新加坡、英国、法国等多个国家70次以上注册报名。最终提交概念提案及报名文件的报名单位52家单位组成，共计19组，有效报名团队数量为19组。
The competition is established in the Yiwu “International Open Hub Area”, worldwide excellent applicants are qualified to submit the design. From the official announcement on September 16, 2024, more than 70 registrations were received on the organizing committee's website from China, Germany, the United States, Singapore, the United Kingdom, France, and other countries. A total of 19 applicant units submitted concept proposals and registration documents, of which 19 applicant units are valid.

The Final Review Panel
终审会当天，领导与专家评委于会议开始前对场地范围重点区域进行了实地勘踏。在终审评审过程中，评委们严格遵守评审规则，认真审阅了参赛单位所提交的方案，并进行了审慎打分，在公证处的全程监督下，唱票员、统分员对评委的评分结果进行了如实记录和仔细统计。
On the day of the final review meeting, the leaders, experts, and judges conducted a site visit of the key areas of the site scope before the start of the meeting. During the final review, the judges strictly adhered to the judging rules, scrutinized the proposal submitted by the participating units, and conducted voting and scoring prudently, under on-site supervision, the tellers and scorers truthfully checked the judges' scoring results.
主办方高度重视本次国际竞赛评审活动，市自然资源规划局及义乌铁路与综合枢纽建设管理指挥部等政府相关部门全程参与了终审会。
