【岗位信息】招聘岗位：数据与隐私法务 Data and Privacy Legal
【工作职责】
1、负责海外新产品、产品新功能和其他产品相关事项的隐私合规评估，确保符合海外隐私和数据保护法律要求；
2、与海外法务密切合作，配合产品法务完成跨区域的评估，提供统一的隐私意见；
3、为海外产品团队、研发团队制定可落地的隐私合规实操规范和指南；
4、为海外产品、研发、算法、安全等团队提供隐私合规培训；
5、持续关注各个国家的隐私保护立法动态和趋势。
Lead global review of new products, product features, and other product-related matters to ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws;
Coordinate with regional counsel to perform multi-jurisdictional assessments in order to assist with product counsel and provide consolidated privacy advice;
Lead efforts to develop practical privacy guidelines for overseas product teams and engineering teams;
Provide privacy compliance training for oversears product, engineering, algorithm and security teams;
Monitor privacy trends across markets to determine trends and issues for the company to address
【岗位要求】
1、法学本科以上学历，通过中国或其他国家UK/EU/US司法考试；
2、五年以上工作经验（其中至少两年数据隐私保护工作经验）或三年以上数据隐私保护工作经验；
3、中英文读写流利；
4、能够快速理解业务，并针对业务需求进行法律分析，并且在此基础上解决业务问题；
5、能够适应快速多变的环境，勇于面对棘手的挑战；
6、良好的沟通能力、执行能力、项目管理能力。
Bachelor's degree, and qualified in CN or UK/EU/US;
Five years of experience (including at least two years of experience in data privacy) or three years of experience in data privacy;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Experience with analyzing products to determine their compliance with applicable data protection regulations and principles with strong sense of problem solving;
Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication skills, execution capabilities and program managing senses.
