Store Operations Executive

Job Summary/Purposes:

To guarantee the operating support and to coordinate the operating activities related to the Miu Miu Stores in China, according to the Corporate guidelines and procedures.



Responsibilities

Procedure implementation related to product flow to/from Stores

• To monitor the implementation of all “procedures” in line with Corporate guidelines and with the “Store Operation Manual” and to supervise them.

• To control the implementation and supervision of “rules and procedures during the Sales” following Corporate guidelines and the laws in force.


Inventory management

• To consolidate the inventory stock report regularly, including cycle count and monthly stolen report.

• To monitor store stock location to use accurately with special stock follow up regularly, and report regional retail with related un regular issues happened.

• To consolidate ODG/CDR/DAMAGED monthly, with Damaged product destruction under liaise with Finance & Logistics.

• To all the activities connected with year-end stock takes providing appropriate reports in conjunction with the Functions involved.

• Ensuring the control over all activities linked to End of season stock-taking, producing a relevant report in collaboration with the personnel responsible.


Uniform Management

• To place order for Fashion and Technical Uniforms to the Headquarters, based on Guidelines and on local needs.

• To control all the uniform store requirement and fulfill needs through internal coordination or replenishment through the HQ production.

• Coordinating with Logistics team on uniform shipment/transfer, ensure uniform season logistics control.


Packaging/Stationary Management

• Collect the packaging & stationary monthly order from store, and calculate the cost by store.

• Verify the monthly packaging & stationary bills with vendors/suppliers and prepare payment documents.


Product Transfer and EC orders tracking and monitor

• Monitor and follow up the STS/Return transfer.

• Monitor store EC orders fulfillment status.


New Store Openings

• To place store Packaging & Stationery & Uniform order to the HQ for new shop opening.



Retail Logistic

• To coordinate with the local logistic team in order to assure a correct product flow towards the stores.

任职条件


• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• Previous store operations experiences in luxury/fashion industry will be a plus

• Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and relationship building skills

• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English
