Though it is exhausting to sift through countless sands, only after the winds blow away the grit can gold be found.

行远必自迩，登高必自卑。
To journey far, one must start near; to ascend high, one must start from the low.
注解：要到达远方，必须从近处起步；要攀登高处，必须从低处开始。凡事都要循序渐进。
虽九死其犹未悔。
Even after facing death nine times, one’s resolve remains unchanged.
注解：即使历经九死一生，也绝不改变初心和志向，要有坚定不移的决心。
青，取之于蓝，而青于蓝。
Indigo is extracted from the blue plant, yet it is bluer than the plant itself.
注解：青色来源于蓝草，但比蓝草更青，后辈能够超越前人。
长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。
One day, I will ride the winds and waves and sail across the vast seas.
注解：总有一天，我将乘风破浪，直挂云帆渡过沧海，对未来的坚定信念。
不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海。
Without accumulating small steps, one cannot reach a thousand miles; without gathering small streams, one cannot form rivers and seas.
注解：没有积累小步伐，无法走到千里之外；没有汇聚细小的溪流，无法形成浩瀚的江海。积累的重要性。
百尺竿头，更进一步。
At the top of the hundred-foot pole, make another step forward.

穷且益坚，不坠青云之志。
Though in poverty, one's resolve grows stronger, never letting go of aspirations to reach the sky.
注解：即使身处困境，意志更加坚定，绝不放弃远大的志向。
