Recently, the first World South Shaolin Wing Chun Competition Finals opened at the South Shaolin Temple in Fuqing. 170 contestants from China, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, Colombia and other countries were selected through junior registration and intermediate competition, and stood out from nearly a thousand applicants from more than 30 countries and regions. They gathered here to meet friends and showcase their competitive style.
本届赛事活动由中国武术协会、福建省体育局指导，福清市人民政府、福州市文化和旅游局、福州市体育局、福建传统咏春拳（海峡）文化发展中心主办，福建省咏春拳协会、福清市文化体育和旅游局、福清南少林寺承办。
总决赛现场大咖云集，主办方邀请了多位国际著名咏春拳大师亲临现场，指导观摩各地参赛选手比武竞技，共同见证总决赛盛况。同时，还举办了“非遗传承与咏春拳国际合作交流会”，与会嘉宾围绕咏春拳的相关话题展开交流讨论，为加强中国传统武术咏春拳国际化发展、促进南少林文化向海外传播、加深各国人民的友谊纷纷建言献策。

记者问：作为室内设计师是什么魅力让你去学习中国国家级非物质文化遗产咏春拳的？而且还获得银奖和奖金的？

张小明：因为由于武侠梦及常年伏案工作颈椎病严重起初还在考虑学习什么运动可以结合电脑前工作，又能解决颈椎病问题。一次机缘在三坊七巷宫巷12福建咏春文化中心一次体验中发现咏春拳运动仅需一平米就能缓解颈椎的问题，在深入学习后发现效果越来越好而且能得全身结构上的段练，不仅如此还发现咏春拳是针对东方人体型量身定制强身健体而且还能防身的拳术。四年的坚持在设计工作之余的时间里作为运动的爱好练着练就喜欢上了,至于此次获奖确是意外的惊喜。
Zhang Xiaoming:Because of the martial arts dream and the serious cervical spondylosis caused by long-term desk work, I was initially considering what kind of exercise to combine with computer work to solve the problem of cervical spondylosis. By chance, during an experience at the Fujian Wing Chun Cultural Center in Sanfang Qixiang Gongxiang 12, I discovered that Wing Chun can relieve neck problems with just one square meter of exercise. After in-depth study, I found that the effect is getting better and better, and I can also practice the whole body structure. Not only that, but I also discovered that Wing Chun is a martial art tailored to the body shape of Eastern people, which can strengthen the body and protect oneself. After four years of persistence, I developed a love for sports as a hobby in my spare time from design work. As for this award, it is indeed an unexpected surprise.
