Silent Speech was supposed to come to Wenzhou for a show. Because of certain better-left-unsaid reasons, that show was canceled and postponed to later that year. The funny thing is, August arrived and the band returned to Wenzhou, even did their soundcheck, but suddenly the show was canceled! Again for certain better-left-unsaid reasons. It was a huge letdown. Our song, “Postponed”, comes from this feeling of being really excited for something but in the end it just doesn’t come true. Nothing to do except analyze the disappointment.
