这个冬天，苏安高中精心策划了一系列丰富多彩的活动，让留校的学生们也能充实而有趣地度过每一天。
12月17日，在Jenna老师的带领下，苏安学生们到了多伦多酿酒厂历史街区。以下是Jerome侯皓政的来稿：
In the early morning, the students of Suon Academy set out and went to the north gate of the brewery district to gather at the agreed time. As soon as they entered the gate of the scenic area, a strong Christmas flavor hit them. At the door of a souvenir shop leading to the depths of the scenic area, a group of choir members wearing Christmas cloaks were standing on the wooden steps singing traditional Christmas carols. Their singing was clear and warm, like a beating note in the slightly cold winter air, sending a pleasant holiday greeting to every tourist passing by. The students stopped to listen, smiling, and recorded this warm and vivid picture with their mobile phones and cameras.
Entering the brewery district, the most eye-catching thing is undoubtedly the huge Christmas tree towering over the central square. This Christmas tree is tall and straight, with golden and red balls, shining bells and colourful lights. At the top, a golden star shines brightly, as if lighting up the inspiration of the festival for the entire block. Tourists take pictures of each other under the tree, children run and play, and couples whisper. The scene is as beautiful as a vivid Christmas oil painting.
In addition to the strong festive atmosphere, the brewery district is also full of various art exhibitions and handicraft stalls. Iron sculptures, colourful glass-blown ornaments, wooden handmade dolls and exquisite paintings are dazzling. The students watched them carefully carve, paint and polish their works on site, and appreciate the inspiration and skills of artistic creation. The art here is not just a decoration, but also a unique language that conveys history, creativity and culture.
As time passed, it was lunchtime, and the students came to the famous boku restaurant in the district. The interior of the restaurant is warm and unique, with tables and chairs in light wood tones and delicate Christmas wreaths hanging on the walls. What is unforgettable is that there is a small stove in the center of the restaurant, and the fire is swaying gently, bringing warmth and festive romance to diners. Sitting around the stove, the students isolated themselves from the cold, greeted each other with warm smiles, and shared their experiences of the day. The restaurant's signature dish, curry chicken chop noodles, is particularly praised. The golden and crispy chicken chop is soaked in the fragrant curry soup, paired with chewy noodles and verdant vegetables, which makes people's appetites open. With one bite, the crispy chicken chop and the slightly spicy curry interweave to wake up the taste buds just right. The students exchanged their tasting experiences from time to time, and laughed and talked continuously.
After lunch, the students continued to explore the area, buying hot chocolate and small desserts at the dessert stall, or tasting the rich meaty aroma of red sausage hot dogs. They also stopped at an art studio to savour handmade cards and paintings with holiday themes, and lingered in front of a store specializing in Christmas candy to pick out exquisite gingerbread men and fruit candies.
As the sun set, the brewery district became more and more dreamy in the night and lights. The melody of Christmas songs lingered in the cobblestone alleys, and the residual warmth of the fire extended in the memory. Before leaving, looking back at the shining Christmas tree and the choir still singing enthusiastically on the steps in front of the store, the students couldn't help but sigh that this rare Christmas trip not only brought visual and taste enjoyment but also made them gain a lot from the interweaving of art, history and culture. The Christmas atmosphere of the brewery district has been deeply imprinted in their hearts, becoming the brightest and warmest memory of this winter.
这个冬日，苏安高中组织了一次特别的户外活动——前往多伦多著名的酿酒厂历史街区，感受浓厚的圣诞氛围。作为一座曾经的酿酒工业园区，这里如今已成为充满艺术气息的历史文化街区。每当圣诞节来临，红砖街道和老厂房在彩灯、精美的花环与优雅的装饰点缀下，焕发出迷人的节日风采。
清晨，苏安学院的学生们整装出发，按照约定的时间在酿酒厂街区的北门集合。刚踏入景区大门，浓郁的圣诞气息扑面而来。在通往景区深处的一家纪念品商店门前，一群身穿圣诞斗篷的合唱团成员站在木质台阶上，演唱着传统的圣诞颂歌。他们的歌声清澈温暖，宛如冬日微冷空气中跳动的音符，将节日的愉悦问候传递给每一位路过的游客。学生们纷纷驻足聆听，脸上洋溢着笑容，用手机和相机记录下这温馨而生动的画面。
进入酿酒厂街区，最引人注目的无疑是中央广场上一棵巨大的圣诞树。这棵圣诞树高大挺拔，装饰着金红色的彩球、闪亮的铃铛和五彩斑斓的灯光。树顶的一颗金色星星熠熠生辉，仿佛为整片街区点亮了节日的灵感。游客们在树下合影留念，孩子们嬉戏奔跑，情侣们窃窃私语，整个场景如同一幅生动的圣诞油画。
除了浓厚的节日氛围，酿酒厂街区还充满了各种艺术展览和手工艺摊位。铁艺雕塑、五彩斑斓的玻璃吹制饰品、木质手工玩偶以及精美的绘画作品琳琅满目。学生们驻足观看现场的雕刻、绘画和打磨过程，欣赏艺术创作的灵感与技巧。在这里，艺术不仅是装饰，更是一种独特的语言，传递着历史、创意与文化。
时间飞逝，很快到了午餐时间，学生们来到街区内著名的Boku餐厅用餐。餐厅内部温暖独特，浅木色的桌椅搭配墙上的精致圣诞花环，营造出浓厚的节日氛围。最让人难忘的是餐厅中央的小火炉，火焰轻轻摇曳，为食客们带来温暖与浪漫的节日情调。围坐在火炉旁，学生们隔绝了寒意，用温暖的笑容互相问候，分享着一天的感受。餐厅的招牌菜——咖喱鸡排面备受称赞。金黄酥脆的鸡排浸润在香浓的咖喱汤中，搭配筋道的面条和翠绿的蔬菜，让人胃口大开。一口下去，酥脆的鸡排与微辣的咖喱交织碰撞，恰到好处地唤醒味蕾。学生们不时分享品尝心得，欢声笑语不断。
午餐后，学生们继续探索街区，有的在甜点摊位买了热巧克力和小甜品，有的品尝了香气浓郁的红肠热狗。他们还在一家艺术工作室驻足，细细品味节日主题的手工卡片和画作；在专卖圣诞糖果的店铺前流连，为亲友挑选精致的姜饼人和水果糖。
随着夕阳西下，酿酒厂街区在夜色与灯光中变得更加梦幻。圣诞歌曲的旋律回荡在石板小巷中，火炉的余温延续在记忆里。临别前，回望那棵闪耀的圣诞树和依然在商店台阶上热情演唱的合唱团，学生们不禁感慨，这次难得的圣诞之旅不仅带来了视觉与味觉的享受，更让他们在艺术、历史与文化的交织中收获颇丰。酿酒厂街区的圣诞氛围已深深印刻在他们的心中，成为这个冬天最明亮、最温暖的回忆。
