Assist designers and researchers to complete the design/ research tasks and Involved in regular team reviews.2. Participate in daily communication meetings with a cross-functional team.3. Support workstreams across product sprint design and operational activities.4. Have fun together at meal gatherings and team-building activities.5. Grow together with the team in design meetings, upskill training, and coaching programs.【Product UX Design实习生】岗位要求1. College or university student who majors in Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Industrial Design, Visual communication, or a related design or behavioral science discipline.2. Being able to do a four-month long internship, with the attendance on-site of no less than 4 days per week.3. With a passion for Human-centric design, technology, and working in the Home furnishing industry.4. Highly responsible, pro-activity, open-minded and willing to communicate opinions.5. Workable verbal and written communication skills in English.1. Provide business insights by conducting descriptive analysis, modern data mining techniques and visualization tools to help business stakeholders make better decisions.2. Build machine learning algorithms to support the forecasting, prediction, segmentation, and recommendation for IKEA business.3. Build operation research algorithms to support IKEA logistic operations.1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, statistics, math's, engineering, natural sciences or related majors is preferred. Part-time interns who can commit at least 4 working days a week. Internship should last for more than 4 months.2. Good command of SQL for data processing and analysis.3. Good command of programming languages (e.g. Python, Java), including concepts from functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.4. Good knowledge of data mining techniques, including regression, tree model, neural network, NLP.5. Nice to have knowledge of Operation research theory, including linear programming models, non - linear programming. Be familiar with the OR use cases, including resource allocation, transportation problems, assignment model.6. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, network, and build strong relations with team members and stakeholders.7. Fluent spoken and written English, CET6 is required.
