Purpose of the function 

Enhance the contribution of strategic sourcing and supply-chain management in organizations. 

The lead of Supply Chain Management develops and leads the strategy and stardard processes to maximize perfromance of operations and working capital through sales, inventory & operations planning, planning & procurement interfaces, KPI development & monitoring, systems deployment, future planning, fulfillment performance, and factory load management.  

 In this role he/she ensures the continuous improvement of the end-to-end processes across sites and towards our customers for all relevant global sites. 

The main purpose is to shape SC processes to increase competitiveness and efficnency, including actively lowering freight, warehouse, and carrying costs, as well as customer lead times and fulfillment on time delivery in the interest of sustainable commercial gains. 

Key Tasks & specific challenges 

1.Analyze price trends in both the Chinese and international markets，and develop procurement strategies aligned with product requirements.

2.Foster collaboration between Wah Yuet and TLHM plants by comparing and summarizing pricing across various projects, while providing effective supply chain solutions to OEM teams.

3.Conduct cost analysis for procurement in alignment with the company's strategic goals, coordinating resources to assist both factories in making well-informed make-or-buy decisions.

4.Engage in strategic sourcing of key commodities for OEM by identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as the Code of Conduct, LksG, REACH/ROHS, and regulations concerning conflict materials.

5.Maintain a strong understanding of international trade regulations, including overseas taxation, customs, and related policies, while assessing supply risks and developing robust risk mitigation strategies.

6.Proactively contribute to process optimization initiatives, driving cost improvement processes and ensuring successful implementation.

Work Experience 

1. Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management within large manufacturing organizations.

2. Strong communication and coordination skills, complemented by effective problem- solving abilities.

3. About 8 year’s sales experience, especially experience in Hotel industry;

Educational requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Supply Chain Management, with a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and practical components of supply chain management.

2.Demonstrates professional expertise in supply chain optimization and international trade.
