RECRUITMENT POSITIONS AND TREATMENT

一、学科领军人才Discipline Leader

*聘任对象:海内外知名院校、科研院所、企业研发机构从事教学、科研、技术工作并有副教授及以上或相当学术资历,学术成果突出,在本专业领域具有重要影响力。能够把握学科发展方向,具有带领和组织团队开展有组织科研的能力。年龄一般不超过50周岁,特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽。

Requirements:

a.Engaged in teaching, research, or technical work at well-known domestic or overseas universities, research institutes, or corporate R&D institutions, with at least associate professor or equivalent academic qualifications. The candidate should have outstanding academic achievements and significant influence in their field. 

b.Capable of grasping the development direction of the discipline and leading and organizing teams to conduct organized research.

c.Generally, applicants should be aged under 50; However, there may be some flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

*岗位待遇:

(1)聘为教授/研究员、博士生导师。

(2)薪酬待遇按照不低于70万元,购房补贴不低于300万元。

(3)科研启动经费:理工科200万元,人文社科类100万元。协助申请本市高水平学科建设经费400-600万元。

(4)可独立组建科研团队,学校在团队建设中给予政策倾斜。优先作为负责人推荐申报上海市创新团队经费1000万元。

(5)协助申请国家和地方人才计划、落户、子女入学等事宜,可租住学校人才公寓。

(6)享受五险三金、公派交流访问、带薪休假、年度体检、疗休养等福利。

Benefits:

a.Successful candidates will be appointed to senior professional technical positions, including Professor/Senior Research Fellow, Doctoral Supervisor.

b.Remuneration package will be no less than RMB 700,000, with housing subsidies of at least RMB 3,000,000.

c.Research start-up funding: RMB 2,000,000 for science and engineering disciplines, RMB 1,000,000 for humanities and social sciences. Assistance will be provided in applying for Shanghai high-level discipline construction funds ranging from RMB 4,000,000 to 6,000,000.

d.Candidates can independently establish a research team, with the university providing policy support for team development. Priority will be given to recommending the candidate as the team leader for applying for RMB 10,000,000 in Shanghai Innovation Team funding.

e.Assistance in applying for national and local talent programs, household registration, children’s school enrollment, and other matters. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment.

*聘任对象:在海内外知名院校、科研院所、企业研发机构从事教学、科研、技术工作并有高级岗位经历或相当学术资历,取得同行认可的基础研究、技术研发等创新性成果。具有成为本领域学术带头人或领军人才的发展潜力,具备较强的科研组织能力、团队协作精神。年龄一般不超过45周岁,特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽。

Requirements:

a.Engaged in teaching, research, or technical work at well-known domestic or overseas universities, research institutes, or corporate R&D institutions, with senior position experience or equivalent academic qualifications. The candidate should have achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research, technology development, or similar areas that are recognized by peers.

b.Possess the potential to become an academic leader or leading talent in the field, demonstrating strong research organization capabilities and team spirit.

c.Generally, applicants should be aged under 45; However, there may be some flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

*岗位待遇:

(1)聘为教授/研究员、博士生导师。

(2)薪酬待遇按照不低于50万元,购房补贴不不低于200万元。

(3)科研启动经费:理工科100万元,人文社科类50万元。

(4)协助申请国家和地方人才认定、落户、子女入学等事宜,可租住学校人才公寓。

(5)享受五险三金、公派交流访问、带薪休假、年度体检、疗休养等福利。

Benefits:

a.Successful candidates will be appointed to senior professional technical positions, including Professor/Senior Research Fellow, Doctoral Supervisor.

c.Research start-up funding: RMB 1,000,000 for science and engineering disciplines, RMB 500,000 for humanities and social sciences.

d.Assistance in applying for national and local talent recognition, household registration, children’s school enrollment, and other matters. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment.

三、青年创新人才Young Innovative Talent

*聘任对象:能够准确把握本领域学术动态和发展方向,主持参与过基础性、创新型、前瞻性研究课题,取得过同行认可的基础研究、技术研发等创新性成果。具备争取和承担国家基础研究、技术创新任务的能力,作为学术骨干能与本领域海内外相关机构开展富有成效的合作研究。年龄一般不超过35周岁,特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽。

Requirements:

a.Capable of accurately grasping the academic trends and development direction of the field, having participated in or led fundamental, innovative, and forward-looking research projects, and having achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research or technology development that are recognized by peers. Capable of grasping the development direction of the discipline and leading and organizing teams to conduct organized research.

b.Possess the ability to compete for and undertake research and technological innovation tasks. As an academic backbone, collaborate effectively with relevant domestic and overseas institutions in the field.

c.Generally, applicants should be aged under 35; However, there may be some flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

*岗位待遇:

(1)聘为副教授/副研究员、硕士生导师。

(2)薪酬待遇按照不低于35万元,购房补贴不不低于35万元。

(3)协助申请国家和地方人才认定、落户、子女入学等事宜,可租住学校人才公寓。

(4)享受五险三金、公派交流访问、带薪休假、年度体检、疗休养等福利。

Benefits:

a.Successful candidates will be appointed to such positions including Associate Professor/Research Associate, Graduate Supervisor.

b.Remuneration package will be no less than RMB 350,000, with housing subsidies of at least RMB 350,000.

c.Assistance in applying for national and local talent programs, household registration, children’s school enrollment, and other matters. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment.

d.Enjoy benefits such as the “Five Insurances and Three Pensions” (Five Insurances including endowment insurance, maternity insurance, medical insurance, employment injury insurance and unemployment insurance; Three Pensions including occupational pension, housing fund, supplementary housing fund), sponsored exchange visits, paid leave, annual health check-ups, recuperative care, etc.

四、优秀博士后Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows

*聘任对象:系统掌握本领域基础理论知识,具有独立开展科研工作的能力。能够准确把握本领域学术动态和发展方向,取得过同行认可的基础研究、技术研发等创新性成果。具有良好的学术背景,较强的创新活力和学术潜能。年龄一般在35周岁以下,且获得博士学位一般不超过3年,应届毕业生优先。

Requirements:

a.Possess a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental theoretical knowledge in their field and the ability to conduct scientific research independently. Capable of accurately grasping the academic trends and development direction of the field, having achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research or technology development that are recognized by peers.

b.Have a sound academic background with innovative capability and potential in academic research.

c.Generally, applicants should be aged under 35 and have obtained their doctoral degree within 3 years. Fresh graduates are preferred.

*岗位待遇:

(1)协助申请上海市超级博士后计划和国家博士后创新人才计划,年薪30-60万元。

(2)在站期间可申请副高级专业技术职务任职资格评审,通过者优先推荐留校工作,入校后可按高级专业技术职务聘任。

(3)可租住学校人才公寓,在站期间享受4万元/年的租房补贴。享受五险二金、带薪休假、年度体检、疗休养等福利。协助安排子女入学、入托事宜。

Benefits:

a.Assistance in applying for the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program and the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Program, with an annual salary of RMB 300,000 to 600,000.

b.During the postdoctoral fellowship, candidates can apply for the evaluation of associate senior professional technical positions. Those who pass the evaluation will be given priority of working at the university, and they can be appointed to senior professional technical positions when they are employed.

c.Candidates may rent a university talent apartment, with an annual housing allowance of RMB 40,000 during the fellowship period. What’s more, candidates can enjoy benefits such as the “Five Insurances and Two Pensions” (Five Insurances including endowment insurance, maternity insurance, medical insurance, employment injury insurance and unemployment insurance; Two Pensions including occupational pension and housing fund), paid leave, annual health check-ups and recuperative care, etc. Also, necessary assistance will be provided in candidates’ children’s school and nursery enrollment.
