On October 15th, local time, Fakuma 2024 was grandly held at the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center. This five-day industry event attracted nearly 2,100 international exhibitors.
During the exhibition, YIZUMI (Booth No. A7-7304) showcased the UN700D1M, UN165V2CR, and SpaceA Industrial Pellet 3D Printing, demonstrating various molding solutions on-site.
They demonstrated to customers how to enhance production efficiency in plastic processing through energy-saving, intelligent, and sustainable methods, enabling customers from different industries to manufacture products with lower energy consumption.
Thick-Wall Lens Molding Solution
The UN700D1M two-platen injection molding machine demonstrates the thick-wall lens molding solution on-site. This solution utilizes two injection units and six stations to achieve one-shot molding. While ensuring product transparency, the maximum thickness of the product reaches 19.5mm. The molding cycle has been reduced from the original no more than 300 seconds to approximately 60 seconds, resulting in an 80% increase in production efficiency. A four-axis robot is employed for part retrieval, followed by laser trimming of the sprue. Subsequently, visual inspection is carried out to detect product defects and assess the quality of sprue trimming. Approved products are then packaged and boxed. Moreover, its automatic plug in/out system for water and electricity employed on the fixed mold side allows for quick mold replacement.
Vertical Injection Molding Solution
The UN165V2CR vertical plastic injection molding machine showcases significant product value advantages with its unique design. This model offers a more open operating space, accommodating larger molds and better meeting the needs of automated production lines. The design of vertical clamping unit and injection unit ensures an efficient and stable production process. The ultra-low worktable design not only optimizes operational convenience but also enhances production safety. The large-diameter rotary table further improves production flexibility, adapting to diverse manufacturing demands.

Product Solution
The YlZUMl SpaceA Industrial Pellet 3D Printing has core advantages of efficiency, low cost, flexible customization, and high quality. It adopts a screw extrusion system that significantly enhances production efficiency, allowing for rapid market responsiveness. Moreover, the use of pellet-based raw materials greatly reduces costs compared to traditional methods, and it is compatible with various materials, including modified plastics and special materials, meeting diverse production needs and bringing more possibilities to the industrial manufacturing sector.Material:SikaBiresin® TP100
In recent years, the German plastics market has shown a complex and dynamic development trend under the dual influence of global economic fluctuations and environmental policies. The traditional plastics manufacturing industry faces challenges such as high energy prices and high labor costs, leading to increased production costs and a decline in overall sales and demand. However, driven by environmental policies, the German plastics market is moving towards a circular economy, environmental protection, and product sustainability. In particular, the biodegradable plastics sector has entered a phase of rapid growth, benefiting from global attention on the issue of 'white pollution' and strict 'plastic restriction' regulations in Germany and other European countries. In this context, YIZUMI is actively deepening its engagement in the German market through a series of measures, including the establishment of R&D centers and technical service centers to accelerate alignment with the German market and technology. In the end of 2017, YIZUMI set up an R&D center in Aachen, Germany, and established a technical service center in Lipstadt, responsible for product sales and services in Germany. In addition, YIZUMI is actively adapting to the German market's demand for environmentally friendly products by transforming its production processes to gradually achieve low-carbon, green manufacturing. At the same time, it has developed specialized machines and technologies for degradable and recyclable materials, helping downstream industries promote the use of degradable materials more effectively. In the future, YIZUMI will actively respond to global environmental trends, continue to increase R&D investment, enhance product performance and service quality, and meet the German market's demand for high-quality, eco-friendly plastic machinery, contributing to the sustainable development of the plastics industry in Germany and globally.
