ICVS helps the stray/rescued/abandoned/shelter and rehomed animals in our community with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), adoption programs, spay/neuter surgeries, shelter medicine programs, and rabies vaccination drives and import/export counseling to keep families together when the time comes to relocate.
