并购投行实习生M&A Off-cycle Intern, Base：上海【岗位职责】1. Work as a junior team member under the supervision of experienced consultant, manager or partner for cross-border M&A transactions2. Conduct fact-based market research and analysis via secondary and primary sources3. Support senior team members during client business development stage4. Support during the entire process of M&A and financial advisory engagements5. Participate in the due diligence and negotiation process【岗位要求】1. Undergraduate, postgraduate or MBA students from reputable Chinese or International Universities, majors in business administration, finance, accounting and marketing are preferred2. Strong analytical skill and business acumen3. Good communication skills with good command of English and Mandarin4. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong motivation to excel5. Prefer candidates who are resourceful, responsible and reliable6. Prefer candidates with immediate availability7.
