岗位职责:
1、内容运营:在营销负责人的指导下完成短视频/图文内容的策划、脚本撰写,与摄影部同事合作完成内容落地。
2、达人合作:配合运营部门要求,挖掘匹配优质KOL/KOC,提供有效达人内容思路并落地完成合作投放。
3、其他:配合负责人完成营销/产品相关的其他工作。

任职要求:
1、网感好,懂内容,不自嗨,关注流量的同时重视转化效果。
2、有独立产出优秀内容的能力,在小红书、抖音、b站等自媒体平台拿到过成绩优先。
3、学习能力强,思路开放没有路径依赖,沟通协作能力强。
4、每周至少可以全职到岗4天,实习期至少为3个月

营销负责人曾服务喜茶、海底捞等知名上市公司线下营销项目,操盘过数个千万级直播间,有丰富流量操盘经验。团队核心成员均毕业于国内外顶尖高校,曾就职于中信建投、云鲸智能、猿辅导能等多家国内知名企业。
首店位于上海核心地段商场内,面积3600平,为上海市中心最大的家具门店,计划在2年内覆盖国内全部一线新一线城市,目标3年内成为国内家居新零售独角兽企业。

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented intern to join the GTM team at Winona. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about market dynamics, consumer behavior, and business strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, directly contributing to global go-to-market strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor benchmarking and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
• Consumer Insights: Support the design and execution of consumer research to uncover key preferences and behaviors that drive our strategic decisions.
• Strategic Support: Assist in the development of pricing models, business strategies, and operational plans based on market intelligence and internal goals.
• Data-Driven Recommendations: Prepare and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure alignment on key GTM initiatives and business strategies.
• Project Coordination: Support the execution of GTM strategies by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all initiatives align with organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for interpreting market and consumer data.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
