英语 Open Office Hour
亲爱的同学们：
请前往学院8层前台填写预约单，每人每周可以预约30分钟的辅导，提前一周预约，每周预约截止时间为周五下午五点。
为确保合理高效地利用Open Office Hour资源，请同学们遵守以下规定：
1、预约后，请准时到达辅导室。如因特殊原因无法出席，请至少提前一天通过电子邮件告知相关外籍教师，并说明原因；
2、每位预约同学可邀请2-3名同学一同参与学习交流。
希望同学们积极参与此项活动，充分利用学院提供的宝贵学习资源，不断提升自身英语水平，学习进步！
Notice of the BDIC English Open Office Hour for the Fall Semester of 2024
Dear Students:
In order to help you further improve your English and meet your individual demands for English guidance, BDIC will reopen the popular English “Open Office Hours” starting from Week 3 (September 18), where you can seek help from BDIC English international instructors. You can come for any help in terms of English. For example, if you plan to study abroad, you might need an English native speaker to help polish your Personal Statement; if you are preparing for the IELTS test, you can come to practice your speaking or ask the instructors to help polish your essays.
What do you need to do in order to book the valuable time slots? You just need to come to the BDIC Information Desk on the 8th floor of TB4 and sign up in person one week in advance. For each student, you can sign up for a slot of 30 minutes per week. 5:00 PM every Friday will be the deadline for you to sign up for the slot in the following week.
In order to make the full use of the valuable resources, we need to make the rules clear:
1. Think twice before you sign and once you’ve signed, please arrive at the designated room on time. In case you can’ t show up, do email the instructor at least one day in advance to let him or her know the reason.
2. You are allowed to bring a couple of classmates with you if you have already signed up.
The sign-up time starts in Week 2. Come on and sign up for the “Open Office Hours” on the 8th floor! First come, first served. Come on and grab the chance!
