Handle and perform the day-to-day Intercompany operations task of the assigned entity within the set guidelines/policies.Creation of cross charges to group entities and posting on the Accounts receivable sidePosting of received cross charges on the Accounts Payable sideVerification of invoices with regards to accounting standards, tax regulations, and group guidelinesPrepare payment file through CDF matching and contact stakeholders if there are unmatched itemsReconciliation and reporting of different types of Intercompany accountsPerforming of monthly closing activities, reconciling of differences in the Balance Sheet and P&L between group companiesMaintaining of master data related to IntercompanyContribution to process developments, process migrations, transformations, and projectsIn case of any accounting blockings, differences, or deviations from the processes, it will be welcome to look for solutions proactively and efficientlyBachelor’s degree or aboveMore than 1 year working experience in multinational companyGood knowledge and experience with SAP FI is a mustExperience in doing reconciliation (e.g. bank processing, accounts)Experience with foreign exchange payment is preferredFluent English language skills required and language skills in Mandarin ChineseStrong ability to work in an international team and intercultural sensitivity![]()
