1. Job Description
Responsible for sales & commercial activities on the 3 major proprietary channels of Direct Sales (WMP/SAA/SQM)
负责新加坡航空直销渠道三个主要预定平台的销售及商务推广等。
Work with internal stakeholders (RSP/LMD/CT/BMDPR) to initiate regualr marketing plan & conduct commercial events or sales campaigns. Provide back up for other ad-hoc campaigns or activities collaborated with external partners and BUs, to ensure the smooth progress of these ad-hoc projects.
与内部各部门协作来发起定期活动创意，并实施相关商务活动或销售项目的落地执行；并为与第三方伙伴或者其他部门合作的不定期销售项目提供支援，确保项目的顺利推进。
Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure product availability & CIB flow & smooth payment method on the propritiary booking channels
与内部各部门合作确保直销各渠道的产品正确供应、客户预订流程通顺、以及付款的流畅性等。
Ensure the correct display of products, branding, company information and policies on WMP/SAA/SQM.
监督并维护三个直销渠道上产品,品牌，公司信息及相关政策的正确清晰展示。
Data analysis & standardized reports for regular sales&marketing events on proprietary channels, using various tools & systems (Varied Dashboard/Splunk/MIS).
通过不同工具对直销渠道内定期的销售活动进行数据分析与报告提交，目标推动直销渠道的销售与推广。
Work on SAA/SQM pass-thru/fare deals page display, by using digital marketing tools (Teamsite setting/EM/AEM)
使用相关工具的后台编辑，处理官网及手机端的特惠产品页面展示
Back up for collaboration with key internal stakeholders (various sales channels & HDQ) to tackle or feedback NDC problem and communicate for NDC matters, ensure NDC stability and sustainability.
支援内部协作与沟通（不同销售渠道及总部相关），以解决或反馈 NDC 问题，并就其他NDC 事宜进行沟通，确保 NDC 的稳定性和持续性。
Provdie sales admins support to Direct Sales channel.
为直销渠道团队提供在销售助理方面的支持。
2. Candidate Requirements
a.Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required.
b.Relevant Experience
2+ years experience in airline industry or sales& marketing or e-commerce.
c.Personal Characteristics & Behaviours
Team-player;
Strong understanding of local market;
Effective communication;
Work independently & able to focus under stress;
Strong logical & analytical.
