Ruohan works at a leading consumer technology company, responsible for promoting Chinese products overseas. While studying at UCL, she was involved in an online education startup and has teaching experience in four countries. She co-founded a nonprofit community dedicated to nurturing young talent interested in the globalization of Chinese companies. Within the Global Shapers Community, Ruohan initiated projects on youth development and aging issues and is also deeply interested in education and health topics.

Jiayan is dedicated to knowledge pursuit and social contribution. Her career at EY, Nielsen, and KPMG shaped her professional journey. Beyond her career, she focuses on sustainable development and women's empowerment. she actively promotes Sustainable Development Goals as a #UNDP SDG Mover and empowers underrepresented groups as an #IAmRemarkable facilitator. She co-founded and operates multiple initiatives aimed at empowering women. Her mission is to act as a bridge connecting wisdom and happiness, supporting others, and creating lasting impact along the way.

Cher currently serves as the  lead for global sales and content marketing at one of China's top IT companies. Previously, she worked in Japan's advertising industry, accumulating experience in market entry and branding strategies. Spending over ten years in Tokyo and Shanghai, Cher developed a strong skillset in facilitating market entry and cross cultural communication. 

Stephanie was born and raised in Boston, USA. She engages in the mental health project within the Global Shapers Community Shanghai International Hub. She has a background in venture capital, focusing on medical and agricultural technology. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College.

Cindy is currently a member of the marketing team at Apple and previously served as a brand manager for P&G. She actively participates in social impact projects and co-initiated the 'Shaper Your World' podcast and the 'Impactlink' event IP. She focuses on issues such as education, environmental protection, and sustainable development, and is committed to promoting collaboration with NGOs.

Lavinia is working as a global macroeconomist in a top-tier investment bank in China. She endeavors to bridge China and other economies by promoting the mutual understanding of onshore and offshore economic authorities and investors. She cares for global economic cooperation, youth empowerment and women's empowerment. From 2023 to 2024, she co-innitated projects like the 'Shape Your World' podcast and the 'ImpactLink' event IP.

Connie is the Senior Manager of Advertising Strategy and Operations for Google China, a ‘Growth Engineer’. At work, she is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and formulating strategic goals for Google China’s overseas advertising business. Outside of work, she is a Gallup-certified strengths coach, dedicated to enabling the growth of individuals and organizations. She is also a Google IAmRemarkable instructor and the owner of the WeChat official account ‘Positive Energy Lab’.

Connie has a unique passion for the topic of ‘Empowering Women in the Workplace’:

As a core member of the Google Women@ community, Connie actively promotes to build a diverse, equal and inclusive culture within and outside Google. She participated in facilitating the establishment of women's alliance communities in over ten leading enterprises including Google, McKinsey, and Intel, and initiated a research project on the current status of China's DEI corporate culture within Google.

Kang is a Key Account Manager at Google Asia-Pacific, a certified #IamRemarkable international facilitator, a Gallup Strengths Coach, and a Neuroscience Integration Coach. For the past decade, she has been dedicated to women's leadership development, personal growth projects. She was the initiator and leader of Nielsen's women's development program in China. She has twice represented the Shanghai international Hub at the Summer Davos, bringing the voices of the local community to the global stage.

Mark is a management consultant in BearingPoint, an European consulting firm which focuses on Digital Strategy. As a professional, he helped clients to solve problems and provided advanced solutions. Previous to the consulting field, Mark used to be a business development manager in the education industry and successfully cooperated with the customers.

On the other side of work, Mark is also very passionate about the topics and activities such as volunteering, education, NGO, CSR, SDGs, and entrepreneurship. He used to participate in an NGO named AlESEC of the global talent development program and currently in another organization called Junior Achievement as a facilitator to lecture the students in high schools.
