璞石设计与远家不谋而合——空间和情绪的联系,情感和身体的联系,其实是品牌内核传递的“表”和“里”。我们时常忽视它们相互依存的逻辑,割裂它们的链接,以单纯的“形式美”来填充或替代空间的情绪,以“预制”的原初导入,缺失了最动人最朴素的情感依赖。PSD design coincides with the far home brand - the connection between space and emotion, and the connection between emotion and body are actually the "table" and "inside" of the brand core transmission. We often ignore the logic of their interdependence, cut off their links, fill or replace the mood of space with simple "formal beauty", and import the original "prefabricated", missing the most touching and simple emotional dependence.
水街远家,以“家”作为原初,以“家型”作为设计思考与落脚。
家是让我们从容自己的地方,可以委身,可以依附,连角落都是温暖的,可放松的!它是温暖的、质朴的、绚烂的,但总有一点,就是力量的,是我们建立生活庇护的中心。
ShuijieYuanjia far from home, "home" represents the original and embodies design thinking and settlement. Home serves as a place for us to find tranquility, make commitments, form attachments, and even feel warmth in the corners where we can relax! Its beauty takes on various forms—warmth, simplicity, grandeur—but it always holds one constant: power. It stands as the center of our life's shelter.因此,设计从建筑改造入手,打破原始建筑大面积的封闭,构建干净纯粹,可呼吸的形体。房前屋后,二楼阳台的释放,一楼花园的营造,让人联想到自然,现场树木也为设计提供了灵感,这些场地原生物件身上有一种生动的美,携带情绪价值和特定场景信息,设计充分利用而非精致它们。墙面开窗将自然光引入室内,削弱了建筑非日常感的尺度与闭塞感,变得更加亲切。檐下、户外几处休憩区将实木简单的支起就能提供更多的照顾。Therefore, the design starts from the architectural transformation, breaking the large enclosed space of the original building to build a clean, pure and breathable form. The release of the balcony on the second floor and the construction of the garden on the first floor remind people of nature. The on-site trees also provide inspiration for the design. Design to make the most of them rather than refine them. The window on the wall brings natural light into the interior, which weakens the non-daily sense of scale and closure of the building, and becomes more intimate. Under the eaves, several outdoor sitting areas will simply stand up solid wood to provide more care.水街远家也是一次有关“身体尺度”的建造,充分利用及构造空间的基础上融入了不同体感尺度的表达。柚木楼梯与木纹混凝土墙体呈现独具张力的围合之感。当人们走向楼梯,潜伏的身体惯性会被唤醒,吸引他们自然随性地踏向楼上空间。
Shuijie Yuanjia is a construction about "body scale", which integrates the expression of different body scale on the basis of making full use of and constructing space. The teak staircase and the wood-grain concrete wall provide a unique sense of tension. When people walk up the stairs, latent body inertia is awakened, attracting them to step naturally and casually towards the upstairs space.一楼售卖区定制混凝土衣杆,赋予女性衣物展示的利落感。地面蔓延的橙色斑驳混凝土板,温暖细腻伴随使用呈现时光沉淀的痕迹。餐区木质桌椅与窗外绿植相映成趣,局部百叶让光成为弥散,户外生机围裹着落座的身体。
Customized concrete clothes pole in the sales area on the first floor gives women a neat sense of clothing display. The floor spread orange mottled concrete slabs, warm and delicate along with the use of time to present traces of precipitation. The wooden tables and chairs in the dining area complement the green plants outside the window. The partial louvers make the light diffuse, and the outdoor vitality surrounds the body. 二楼空间则给予了更多闲逛、徜徉、踱步、停下、放空......的发生,包裹感的沙发,窗边自由的座区,寄托精神的小剧场。这些不是视觉的感知,而是和身体相关联的不可言喻的触动。把如此丰富的内容置入空间,形成触动人熟悉、放松,温暖的过程,这是水街远家的设计“手法”,更是品牌塑造的核心竞争力。The second floor gives more space for lounging, wandering, pacing, stopping, and letting go...... The hair is in the sofa that wraps the feeling, the free seating area by the window, and the small theater that sustens the spirit. These are not visual sensations, but ineffable touches associated with the body. Putting such rich content into the space, forming a process that touches people familiar, relaxed and warm, this is the design "technique" of Shuijie Yuanjia, and it is the core competitiveness of brand building.值得一提的是,从家型理念的“设”到落地呈现的“计”,远家团队给予了极具力量的信任与支持。源于脑海迸发的种种远不止是1比1的还原,系统又琐碎的呈现是图纸转化实体的不断优化过程。璞石团队从落地成本、主材系统、施工跟进到陈设执行的全流程把控,是对信任与认可的一次服务,更是对自我热爱的坚持。It is worth mentioning that from the "set" of the home concept to the "plan" of the landing, the far home brand has given gentle but powerful trust and support.
