Mengda:I’m so excited to visit Harbin which is known as the ice city. Besides so many kinds of winter sports games, what other characteristics does this magnificent city have?
很高兴来到哈尔滨观赛旅游，哈尔滨市被称为“冰城”，那除了冰雪运动，它还有什么标志性的特色呢？
Muhe:I’m glad to introduce my hometown for you. To talk about the features of this city, the famous ice and snow culture, the great and charming music, and the grand Songhua River should be mentioned.
Mengda:It’s so fantastic to learn so much about Harbin. I was impressed by the ice sculpture and deeply shocked.

Muhe:That’s charming, right? Especially Harbin has experienced a significant boom in tourism and garnering widespread attention through Internet and social media, which has made our hometown a popular destination for tourists all over the world.
Mengda:Yes, news flying! I even heard a lot of special dishes of Harbin. The well-displayed frozen pear, the barbecue, the braised goose with iron pan...they all look so delicious, I do really want to have a try.

Muhe:Also, Harbin is known as the city of music by the United Nations. The Concert Hall, Music Park, Music Museum, and Harbin Grand Theatre gather the symbols of this music city. Musicians always gather here during Harbin Summer Music Festival.
Mengda:Sounds great! I won’t miss it. And as for the Songhua river, what characters does it have？

Muhe:This beautiful river runs through the north and south, with wide history. It is the mother river of Harbin. You can take the cable car to enjoy the scenery along the river from station of the Sun Island to Central Street.
