Non-Chinese nationals will be permitted multiple entries into and exits out of the Chinese mainland upon presentation of their valid passports or other international travel documents, and valid Harbin Asian Winter Games Identity and Accreditation Cards (HAWGIACs) issued by HAWGOC from 00:00, 1 January 2025 to 24:00, 1 March 2025 (Beijing Time, UTC+8).
