On Oct. 13, the sixth edition of the HiQianhai event series took place in Qianhai, inviting about 20 expatriates to explore the high-quality, convenient, and international medical services available in the area.

The group began by visiting Qianhai’s first international community healthcare station, where they learned about specialty clinics and various treatment services that blend international and Hong Kong characteristics.

The International Talent Hub Community Healthcare Station, which officially opened on Dec. 5 of last year, is jointly operated by the Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital and the GBA Healthcare Group. By introducing top-tier general medical teams from Hong Kong, the station provides high-quality, Hong Kong-style medical services to residents from Hong Kong, Macao, and international visitors. The station integrates resources from general practice, specialized care, traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation, nursing, and dentistry to offer comprehensive, sustainable, and international healthcare services.
据悉，前海首家国际化社康于去年12月5日在前海国际人才港正式开业，由深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院与香港大湾区医疗集团合作运营，通过引进香港金牌全科医护团队等方式，为前海港澳居民及国际人士提供高品质港式诊疗服务。在运营管理和诊疗服务上，国际化社康整合全科、专科、中医、康复、护理、口腔等医疗资源，提供全流程、可持续、防治相结合的国际化基层医疗卫生服务。

Following this, the group visited Shenzhen Qianhai Taikang Hospital, where they participated in a healthcare lecture. They learned about the prevention and treatment of common diseases, such as strokes and oral injuries, as well as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). At the hospital, the guests experienced oral examinations, skin assessments, and traditional Chinese therapies, including moxibustion, cupping, and massage, which received high praise from the participants.
随后，外国友人前往深圳前海泰康医院进行参观，并参与了健康知识讲座，深入了解了包括脑卒中、口腔损伤等多种常见疾病的预防和治疗以及心肺复苏急救法。他们还亲身体验了口腔检查、皮肤检测，以及艾灸、拔罐、推拿等传统中医疗法，并纷纷给予高度评价。
Natia Guguchia, from Georgia, shared, “I learned so much about stroke prevention, which is really helpful. We also had CPR training, which is great and everyone should know how to do it. Furthermore, the medical staff is very nice and friendly, and they speak fluent English, which is really helpful for those who don’t speak Chinese.”

Maya Gulan, from Serbia, remarked, “The massage therapy was a very good experience, and the doctor told me that I won’t have any pain starting tomorrow. We all sit for very long hours, so this is something we should do regularly.”

The HiQianhai series of activities, as an international brand event connecting various institutions within Qianhai, is held regularly on the first Saturday of each month. To date, six editions have been conducted with over 350 participants, gaining significant attention and recognition from friends in various countries. This sixth edition focuses on medical services that address the practical needs of expats, helping them better understand Qianhai’s international medical service system and further enhancing the area’s reputation and appeal.
