Background: A litter of beautiful puppies was found nearby the grounds of a school and were taken in by very kind rescuers. Tripod is one of the pups now ready for his forever adoption family!
Personality: Tripod is a sweet and cute boy. He is fine with other pets and plays well with other dogs. Since he is growing up in a home with other dogs, he is very well socialized.
Ideal home: Tripod's ideal home would be a family able to give him love and attention while he is growing. He is a puppy so would enjoy having family members at home to spend time with him throughout the day. Experience with dogs would be helpful. Tripod would be fine for a family with kids (e.g., 6 years and older) and other pets.
Breed, Sex & Age: Tripod is a small, mixed breed male dog who is about 10-11 months old. He has beautiful soft brown fur.
Medical notes: Tripod was born with a birth defect and does not have a right hind foot. He has three normal legs and he can run, jump, and play like any other puppy. He is very healthy and has completed his first year puppy vaccinations. He has been dewormed, is current on flea/tick preventive and has already been neutered.

Post-Adoption Care: The International Center for Veterinary Services (ICVS) has enrolled me into their Rescued/Stray/Rehomed Pet Adoption Benefits Program. ICVS will provide my new family with significant discounts (up to 50%) on my vaccinations, accompanying health examinations, and neuter surgery during the first year with my new adoption family.
Official Spay/Neuter Certificate for Dogs: After I have been neutered at ICVS, the hospital will issue my new family the official Spay/Neuter Certificate that will provide my owner with 50% discounts (e.g., up to RMB 500.00 savings) on my dog license registration fee at the Public Security Bureau!
Annual Vaccination Packages: ICVS has wonderful wellness and annual vaccination packages to keep me healthy and free of worms, fleas and ticks. All the vaccinations and deworming I need every year are included and the packages are discounted by 40-50%! The vaccination packages also include UNLIMITED EXAMINATIONS throughout the year! Official Vaccination Certificate: As I have been rabies vaccinated at ICVS, the hospital will issue my new family the official Beijing Animal Health and Immunity Certificate (e.g., vaccination red book) at no charge! I need the official vaccination red book to prove I have been legally and properly rabies vaccinated, to register for my dog license, to move to other cities and to leave China with my family.
Pet Import/Export Counselling: ICVS will provide my family with unlimited relocation counselling and accurate information to take me with them when it is time to move to another city or to another country.
Door-to-Door Pet Transport Service: ICVS can help my new family arrange for door-to-door car transport for my appointments at the hospital!
