中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所联合北京莱艾特科技发展有限公司与北京实验动物行业协会主办的“北京市实验动物从业人员岗位证书培训与考试”于2024年9月18-19日在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所成功举行，从事实验动物研究的技术人员、实验动物设施工作人员、实验动物机构负责人、及科研人员近120人参加本次培训和考试。
培训班由北京莱艾特科技发展有限公司耿祥飞高级兽医师主持，北京实验动物行业协会吕栋梁副秘书长、中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所李松励研究员出席，培训班邀请了中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所吴德国高级工程师、国家卫生健康委科学技术研究所孙德明研究员、北京中医药大学赵保胜研究员，分别从实验动物的基本概念、实验动物科学基础知识和技术、遗传生物学、质量控制、微生物与寄生虫学、营养学、饲育环境、实验动物法律法规、从业人员安全防护、突发重大时间应急处置、实验动物福利伦理等方面进行了详细讲解，提高了大家对实验动物和动物实验的理解深度。
培训结束后对学员进行了统一考试，考试合格者将会颁发北京市实验动物从业人员岗位证书，夯实了实验动物从业人员理论基础知识，对进一步规范动物实验工作奠定了坚实的基础。
