尖烽时刻国际赛暨第二届来华留学生国际商务决策模拟大赛 在上海教育国际交流协会、上海财经大学国际文化交流学院、以及全球模拟赛事平台尖烽时刻®组委会的紧密合作下，尖烽时刻国际赛暨第二届来华留学生国际商务决策模拟大赛将于2024年10月底正式拉开帷幕。 本次赛事旨在培养国际学生的商务决策能力与全球化视野，推动中文在国际商务环境中的应用与发展。赛事将依托先进的数字化平台，通过线上与线下相结合的互动形式，达成以下目标： 参赛者将面对真实的国际商务决策模拟场景，将理论知识与实践相结合，从中检验并提升自己的决策逻辑、策略思维和实际效果；赛事提供的商业模拟平台，鼓励参赛者之间相互学习与交流，这样的主动参与和实践导向将让他们深刻体会到竞争与合作的重要性；尖烽时刻国际赛鼓励参赛者跨学院、跨学科组队，推动知识互补和学科交叉，这种多元合作将有助于培养复合型人才，使参赛者在商业领域具备更全面的能力。 赛事还积极融入可持续发展和社会责任决策，致力于立德树人培养目标。同时，它也展示了中国国际化的视野，推广中文在国际商务环境中的使用，为来华留学生教育在国际商务领域创造了一大特色。赛事由初赛和决赛两部分组成，预计历经10月下旬~11月中旬。 2024年10月22日~10月29日，以在线方式进行。参赛者在指定时间前在线提交比赛内容。初赛将由模拟比赛和文字性质的团队介绍组成。 2024年11月12~13日，总决赛在上海财经大学国际文化交流学院现场进行。总决赛内容为：模拟经营+团队介绍（中文）+商业案例分析。 2024年11月14日，赛事主办方、承办方将展开面向全国模拟指导教师的培训活动，具体日程安排和报名方式将随后通过相关渠道发布。
2024年10月18日，报名成功的院校将通过邮箱获得进一步参赛指南。 免费；进入决赛阶段不另行收取费用，因前往决赛现场参赛而产生的交通食宿费用自理。赛事面向在中国大陆境内留学的，并且持有非中华人民共和国护照的海外留学生（学历阶段不限）。同一团队内可由相同或不同国籍的成员组成。
4人组成一个团队；每队最多4人，最少2人；同一团队的参赛者应来自同一所高校。
报名表中每个团队限填写一名来自本校的指导教师，一名教师可指导多个团队。

Rush Hour International Business
Simulation Competition for International Students in China will officially
commence in late October 2024.
This competition aims to develop international students’ business decision-making
abilities and global perspectives, while promoting the use of Chinese in
international business contexts. The competition, powered by an advanced
digital platform, will combine online and offline formats to achieve the
following goals:Participants will engage in realistic international business simulation
scenarios, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience to test
and improve their decision-making logic, strategic thinking, and effectiveness.
The competition’s platform encourages participants to learn and exchange ideas,
promoting active engagement and teamwork that will highlight the importance of
both competition and collaboration. The Cesim Rush Hour competition encourages
participants to form interdisciplinary teams across schools and fields of
study, fostering knowledge-sharing and diverse cooperation. This
multidisciplinary collaboration will help nurture well-rounded talent,
equipping participants with comprehensive skills in the business world.The competition also integrates sustainable development and corporate
social responsibility into decision-making, aligning with the educational goal
of cultivating ethical leadership. It also showcases China’s international
vision by promoting the use of Chinese in global business, creating a unique
feature in international student education within this field.The competition consists of two stages: a preliminary round and a final
round, spanning from late October to mid-November.
October 22-29, 2024, conducted online. Participants must submit their
competition entries by the specified deadline. The preliminary stage includes
both the simulation competition and a written team introduction.November 12-13, 2024, held in person at the School of International
Cultural Exchange, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The final
round will include: business simulation + team introduction (in Chinese) +
business case analysis.On November 14, 2024, the organizers will hold a training event for
business simulation instructors across China. Further details on the schedule
