I think the key to cultivating talents for international communication lies with teachers.
Since I took the role,it has been third years,And I think I have a different feeling for each year,As you know,It is not only an honor,but it’s a huge responsibility.
自从我成为自治区人大代表以来，已经三年了，我觉得每一年我的感受都有所不同，因为这不仅是一份荣誉，更是重大的责任。
I think the People's Congress of the Xizang Autonomous Region,has been dedicated to reflect the will of the people,and voice the demands of the people,The results have been remarkable.
我认为西藏自治区人民代表大会，一直致力于反映人民的意愿，表达人民的诉求，我们能看到成效显著。
The infrastructure in universities reflects the high - level development of education,Almost all institutions in Xizang now have new campuses constructed during these years.Second aspect,I think the discipline construction of high learning has also been quite effective.Moreover,we have an increasing number of outstanding talents in the teaching staff.
大学的基础设施折射了教育的高水平发展，近年来 西藏几乎所有的院校都新建了校区。在高等教育的学科建设方面，成效也颇为显著。我们的教师队伍中有越来越多的优秀人才。
So my understanding of education is that first we need to focus on building a strong teaching team.With the aim of promoting the spirit of educators and developing outstanding teachers, efforts need to be intensified to broaden the channels of teachers' professional development, to meet the need,to build a high - quality teaching team,especially for teachers in high - altitude border areas, and tough areas, because it's places high demands on them.
我对教育的理解是，首先我们需要专注于打造一支强大的教师队伍。为了弘扬教育工作者精神并培养优秀教师，应加大力度拓宽教师职业发展渠道，这是为了满足建设高质量教师队伍的需求，尤其是针对身处高海拔边境地区及艰苦环境的教师，因为这样的环境对他们提出了更高的要求。
For this year's session,I hope to see more motions on education,especially those to support the growth of teachers,I think it's really important to provide platform and tool for teachers to grow on the own,and to really spark the teachers to enthusiasticall teach and educate students.
对于今年的会议，我希望看到更多有关教育的建议意见，尤其是关于教师发展的方面，我认为，为教师提供平台和资源，让他们能够自主发展是非常重要的，这一举措能让教师们更加满怀热情地去教书育人。
Education is the guide and light of life, empowering every soul with the courage to explore the world.Just as in the journey of Xizang's pursuit of high - quality development,we pool our strength to build a promising future for Xizang.In 2025.let's look forward to this place bursting with new vitality.
教育，是点亮未来的灯塔，让每个灵魂拥有探索世界的勇气。正如在西藏迈向高质量发展的征程里，我们汇聚力量，托举起西藏的美好未来。2025年让我们一起期待这片土地焕发出崭新活力。
