日前,浙江石油化工有限公司首期新型储能项目——浙石化储能电站成功并网投运。作为该项目的核心设备供应商,海辰储能提供了全套高安全储能产品解决方案。

浙石化舟山基地位于四面环海的舟山鱼山岛,已布局4000万吨/年炼化一体化项目。该项目以“国际一流,绿色环保”为建设理念,是我国首个、世界第二个“离岛型”的绿色石化基地,也是中国(浙江)自由贸易试验区打造油品全产业链,落实“三基地一中心”发展战略的重要依托工程。
石化生产是用电大户,电力消耗大,随着绿色转型步伐加快,石化企业不仅需要保证用电质量稳定,而且需要降低电力消耗成本,提高企业经济效益。工商业储能电站作为用户侧的储能系统,可以有效满足石化等高能耗企业内部用电需求,利用峰谷电价差降低运营成本,并推动企业可再生能源的充分消纳,同时可以作为备用电源应对突发停电事故。
储能项目地
基于项目需求,浙石化储能项目采用了海辰储能提供的全套储能产品解决方案,该项目规划总容量为10MW/20MWh,分2个区域接入,分别配置组串式PCS储能一体式集装箱系统、升压系统等。该储能系统具有高安全、长寿命、高一致性的特点,可帮助企业提供削峰填谷和提高电力系统运行效率,降低用电成本,并可辅助柴油发电进行黑启动,作为厂区备电使用;同时该项目设备建造成本低、可缩短投资回收周期,为客户创造更高的效益。
由于石化生产企业的特殊性对安全方面有着极为严苛的标准,储能设施安全性始终是客户关注的焦点。海辰储能的储能系统方案搭载了自研生产的高安全储能专用电池,从材料选取到系统控制,从电芯、模组到系统层级,多维度安全认证,全方位保障储能电站的安全可靠性。
据了解,该项目实施“两充两放”策略,自并网投运以来,日均充电量35208kWh,日均放电量32352kWh,每日产生经济效益约2.4万元,有效达成“为企业平滑用电高峰负荷”的设计功能。
通过该储能项目的应用,不仅增强了该基地园区的能源安全保障,提高了应对电网突发事件的能力,同时也提高了可再生能源的消纳能力。通过储能系统削峰填谷,有效降低能耗成本,提升综合经济效益。长远来看,该项目将助力客户探索绿色石化路径、实现能源结构转型升级。

Recently, an energy storage station owned by Zhejiang Petrochemical & Chemical Co., Ltd goes live successfully. As a core equipment supplier for this project, HiTHIUM provided comprehensive and high-safety energy storage product solutions.
Located on Yushan Island in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Petrochemical's Base has arranged a 40 million tons of refining and chemical integration project per year. This project is China's first and the world's second "offshore type" green petrochemical base.
HiTHIUM's comprehensive solutions provide high safety, long cycle life, and high energy consistency for the 10 MW/20 MWh project. The system includes air-cooled energy storage, string-type PCS container systems, and boosting systems, all designed to provide for peak shaving, enhanced power efficiency, cost reduction, and backup power. Furthermore, the project's low equipment construction costs can reduce the investment payback period, enhance client's profitability.
Since its commercial operation, the project has implemented two cycles per day strategy, achieving a daily charge of 35,208 kWh and discharge of 32,352 kWh with a daily economic benefits of approximately 24,000 RMB. It effectively contributes to the peak shaving.
