*全日制音樂院校、藝術院校、師範院校及附中、附小（音樂專業、音樂教育專業）和中等藝術學校、音樂學校的在校鋼琴專業師生、以及專業團體鋼琴演奏員。

*《巴赫十二平均律》必須演奏前奏曲與賦格；奏鳴曲只演奏快板樂章；反復樂段無須反復；重複1———，－2———樂段的，不得演奏第一樂段，必須直接演奏第二樂段。

*Teachers and students of the piano department in full-time music academies, art schools, normal schools and attached middle schools, attached primary schools (music major and music education major), secondary art schools and music schools aswell as piano players of professional group.

*While playing Bach’s “Well-tempered Clavier”, contestants should play the Prelude and Fugue. While playing Sonata, contestants only need to play allegro. Do not repeat the repeated passages. If there is repeated passage -1——, -2——， do not play the first passage，enter the second passage directly.

A.除教師組和聯彈組以外，其他組別作品必須背譜演奏。

B.在參賽選手演奏的規定時限內，評委有權終止演奏，但不影響評分。

C.如選手比賽曲目不符合比賽組別曲目要求的將做棄權處理。

D.參賽選手須按時參賽，不按時報到的參賽者，組委會將按自動棄權進行處理，評委會有權取消該選手的比賽資格（在選手報名參與多組比賽，且比賽組別有時間衝突的情況，組委會將會進行妥善安排）。

E.組委會安排專業的攝影師和錄影師為活動拍攝和記錄，並採用直播和轉播的方式在網路上傳播。一切錄影和傳播版權均屬賽事組委會所有，他人不得挪用。組委會不向參與者支付任何費用。

F.觀賽時必須關掉手機，保持現場安靜，不得喧嘩吵鬧，不得在選手沒有演奏完畢時的進出賽場，選手比賽完允許觀眾鼓掌，觀眾可以拍攝錄影但不得使用閃光燈。觀眾拍攝和錄影的片段不得用於商業用途。

A.總決賽的比賽順序由比賽組委會統一安排，結果請留意組委會公眾號的查詢消息。

B.所有與比賽相關的賽事訊息均將於比賽官網及官方微信進行公佈，包括比賽時間、地點、場次等資訊，組委會將不再個別通知比賽選手，請隨時注意查看比賽官網資訊，避免發生比賽誤場情況。

C.參賽選手如有任何違反比賽規則的行為，賽事組委會有權取消其參賽資格。

D.比賽獎項以評委會做出的最終評判為准，參賽者需絕對服從評委評判。

E.比賽組委會有權更改比賽時間表。如遇上因惡劣天氣、不可控因素或者特殊原因，當日比賽將會取消，直至另行通知。

F.本章程以中文文本為准，解釋權歸比賽組委會。

A.Except the teacher group and the four hands & six hands group, contestants from other groups should play from memory while performing.

B.The judges have the right to terminate the performance within the time limit for the contestants, but the score will not be affected.

C.Any contestants whose work does not meet the requirements of the competition will be considered as a waiver.

D. Contestants should participate in the competition on time. Any contestant who fails to report on time will be considered as a waiver by the organizing committee, and the jury has the right to disqualify the contestant from the competition. (when contestants must participate in multiple competitions, and there is overlap between the time of the competitons, the organizing committee will make proper arrangements for them).

E. The Organizing Committee arranges professional photographers and videographers to film and record the event and disseminate it on the Internet by means of live broadcasting and rebroadcasting. The copyright of all recordings and dissemination belongs to the organizing committee of the event and cannot be appropriated by others. The Organizing Committee will not pay any fees to the participants.

F. Spectators must turn off their cell phones, keep the scene quiet, do not make noise, do not enter or leave the arena when the players have not finished playing, allow the audience to applaud after the players have finished playing, and the audience can take video recordings, but they are not allowed to use flash. Spectators are allowed to film and videotape but are not allowed to use flash. The footage filmed and videotaped by spectators shall not be used for commercial purposes.

A.The order of contestants’ performances in the finals will be arranged by the committee. Please pay attention to the announcement on the WeChat Official Account.

B. All information related to the competition will be published on the official website and WeChat Official Account, including information about the time, place and times of the performances. The committee will not inform the contestants individually. Please check the information on the official website instantly to avoid missing any competitions.

C. If the contestants violate any rules of the competition, the committee reserves the right to disqualify them from competition.

D. The prize-giving is finally determined by the jury, and all contestants should follow the decisions of the judges.

E. The committee reserves the right to change the competition schedule. If the weather is bad or there are uncontrollable factors or special reasons, the competition on that day will be cancelled until further notice.

F.In case there is any divergence of interpretation of this brochure, the Chinese text shall prevail. The right of interpretation belongs to the competition committee.
