ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The role will support fragrance team for Influencer & Digital Marketing
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Fragrance brands IM and Media:
Work with agency and prepare presentation for each campaign proposal.
Follow up IM and Media campaign execution with different brand team and agency
Help to prepare paid media assets and mock-up
KOL, KOC contents checking
Communication with agency for IM and Media report
PR & celebrity:
Follow up daily PR, prepare products delivery and seeding,
PR event support and execution
Follow up celebrity endorsement monthly activity plan and execution
Support fragrance team on corporate event such as CIIE
Contract, approval, and PO:
Help to prepare signed contract for each campaign
To collect quotation for media, IM campaign
PO order, tracking and approval in Ariba system
Invoice issue
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Work at least 4 days a week
Have some practical experience in marketing
Stable internship for at least 6 months
Diligent and steadfast
