大赛简介 Introduction
创新南山“创业之星”大赛由中国科学技术协会、深圳市人民政府指导，深圳市南山区人民政府、深圳市科技创新局、深圳市科学技术协会主办，深圳市南山区科技创新局(科协)承办，深圳市南山区创新发展促进中心执行，是一项立足南山、面向全国、辐射全球科技盛会。
大赛举办至今已有17年的历程，共吸引2万多个创新项目报名参赛，南山区累计投入9000万元奖金,大赛项目为南山区贡献GDP逾300多亿元。促成投融资对接等各类合作超过3600项，带动国内百家主流投资机构对480余个项目超过46亿的投资。发现并培育了茂硕电源、盛弘电气、光峰科技、优博讯、菲鹏生物、大疆创新等十几家上市公司和独角兽企业。

The Innovation Nanshan Entrepreneurs Star Contest is guided by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, organised by the Shenzhen Nanshan District People's Government and the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, hosted by the Shenzhen Nanshan District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and executed by the Shenzhen Nanshan District Innovation Development Promotion Centre. It is an international entrepreneurship competition in science and technology.
The contest has been held for 17 years and has attracted more than 20,000 innovative start-up companies and teams. Nanshan District has awarded a total of 90 million RMB prizes for the contestants. In return, the participants of the contest have contributed more than 30 billion RMB to the GDP of Nanshan District. The contest has promoted more than 3,600 cooperation, especially in finance, which was a sum of 4.6 billion in more than 480 projects. Dozen of the start-ups has developed into later unicorn companies, including DJI, Fapon Biotech and Sinexcel.

参赛条件 Requirements
01
参赛要求
（1）拥有创新成果和创业计划的海外高层次创业团队或个人；
（2）参赛者未在深圳注册商事主体并担任法定代表人或股东，且计划赛后在深圳注册成立企业或与深圳相关产业达成对接合作；
（3）参赛项目的产品、技术或相关专利归属参赛人员，与他人无产权纠纷，因侵权产生的责任由参赛者负责。

参赛领域
参赛项目应符合深圳产业政策、有较高创新水平和较强市场竞争力、具备潜在经济效益和社会效益、易于形成新兴产业的高新技术成果，且具有核心技术、完全知识产权、高附加值的创新项目或创意。

参赛限项
（1）获得历届创新南山“创业之星”大赛总决赛一、二、三等奖的企业和团队不参加本届“创业之星”大赛；
（2）获得历届中国创新创业大赛 （以下简称“国赛”）全国总决赛或全国行业总决赛中获得一、二、三名或一、二、三等奖的企业不选送参加国赛；
（3）获得历届中国深圳创新创业大赛（以下简称“深创赛”）总决赛及2019-2023年深创赛行业决赛一、二、三等奖的企业和团队不选送参加深创赛；
（4）获得第一届中国深圳海外创新人才大赛及历届深创赛奖项（含国内赛和国际赛）的选手及项目不参加本届国际赛；
（5）团队组报名参赛时,团队名称、项目名称不得出现“公司”字样。

Requirements for participation
(1) The participants should be entrepreneurship teams or individuals with innovation achievements and business plans.
(2) The participants have neither registered any commercial body, nor served as legal representatives in Shenzhen. The participants should have a plan to establish an enterprise in Shenzhen or cooperate with relevant industries in Shenzhen.
(3) The participants should possess full ownership of the rights related to the product, the technology, and the patent introduced in the contest. The participants should have no property dispute with any other person, and assume full responsibility caused by any possible infringement.

Field of competition
The participants should comply with Shenzhen's industrial policies, have strong capacity in innovation and market competition. The participants should bring potential economic and social benefits, have high-tech achievements in emerging industries, have core technologies, complete intellectual property rights, and innovative projects or ideas.

Participation limitations
(1) Companies and teams that have won the first, second and third prizes in the finals of previous Innovation Nanshan “Entrepreneurship Star” competitions are not allowed to participate in The Innovation Nanshan Entrepreneurs Star Contest.
(2) Participants that have won first, second and third prizes in the national finals or the national industry finals of previous China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions will not be selected to participate in the national competitions.
(3) Participants that have won the first, second and third prizes in the finals of the previous China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the 2019-2023 Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Industry Sector’s Finals are not allowed to participate in the Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
(4) Participants that have won the first China Shenzhen Overseas Innovation Talent Competition and previous Shenzhen Innovation Competition awards (including domestic competitions and international competitions) will not participate in this international competition.
(5) When registering for a team competition, the word "company" should not appear in the team’s name or project name.

奖项设置 Prizes and Policies

奖金条件
国际赛分站赛决出一等奖1名，奖金人民币10万元/名；二等奖2名，奖金人民币5万元/名；三等奖3名，奖金人民币3万元/名（如比赛分数相同可并列获奖）。对于未落户南山的参赛企业或团队,分为两笔发放，落户前先行发放总奖金的50%，落户后再发放总奖金的50%。

配套政策
（1）深圳市创客创业资助
对于符合条件的参赛企业及团队，最高可分别获得100万元和50万元的资助，以促进其快速发展。
（2）落户奖励
对于在中国创新创业大赛中获奖的项目，一次性提供最高50万元的落户奖励。对于在中国深圳创新创业大赛中获奖的项目，一次性提供最高30万元落户奖励。
（3）创业空间
获奖企业优先推荐入驻南山智园等政府创新型产业用房，享受租金优惠。人工智能领域挑战赛的获奖企业将有机会免费入驻南山AI生态空间，享受更加优厚的创业支持。
（4）投融资服务
联合南山战新投、南山创投等区战略直投平台，设立大赛股权投资基金为单个项目提供超过千万元的基金投资，并配套融资担保服务，解决企业融资难题。优先纳入南山区科技金融计划，对于在南山科技金融在线平台完成评级及备案，并成功获得流动资金贷款的项目，按照企业实际支付利息的70%给予补贴，最高100万元。
（5）产业对接
邀请头部企业及平台，发挥“链长”作用，带动上下游获奖企业产业对接促进大中小企业协同创新和融通发展。
（6）赛后跟踪服务
联合深圳前海股权交易中心平台及资源优势，积极协同各类金融机构，为企业提供复赛前期的咨询及辅导、综合融资服务、投融资路演对接活动等，助力企业健康、持续、高质量发展。

Prize conditions
Prizes include: First Prize of 100,000 CNY for one winning team, Second Prize of 50,000 CNY for two winning teams, and Third Prize of 30,000 CNY for three winning teams. Winners will be award the first 50% of the prize and receiving the second 50% after finishing registration of their businesses in Nanshan District.

Policies
(1) Shenzhen Entrepreneurship Funding for Start-Ups
Qualified start-ups company and start-up teams can receive subsidies of up to 1,000,000 RMB and 500,000 RMB respectively to promote their development.
(2) Settlement Rewards
For participants who win awards in the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a one-time settlement (to register business in Shenzhen) fee up to 500,000 yuan will be awarded. For projects that win awards in the China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a one-time settlement reward of up to 300,000 yuan will be provided.
(3) Office Space
Winners of The Innovation Nanshan Entrepreneurs Star Contest have the priority to move into government industrial zone subsided by government such as Nanshan Intelligent Park and enjoy discount rents. The winners in the AI division can settle in the Nanshan AI Ecological Space for free.
(4) Investment and Financing
The Innovation Nanshan Entrepreneurs Star Contest Committee is cooperating with Nanshan SEI Investment, Shenzhen Nanshan Venture Capital, and other investors in Nanshan. The committee has established equity investment fund to more than 10,000,000 RMB for a single start-up with financing guarantee service.
(5) Industry Leaders
The contest Invite leading companies in several industries to promote collaboration and innovation of medium-sized and small-size companies.
(6) Competition Support
The committees have collaborated with Shenzhen Qianhai Equity Exchange and other financial institutions to provide enterprises with financing, consulting, and road show service in the early stage of the development.

报名步骤 Registration steps
1. 注册并登录报名系统后，点击页面左侧“参赛项目编辑”，按要求填写报名项目资料
2. 在参赛项目编辑中的“参赛推荐机构”一项，选择“深圳中科创科有限公司”。填好项目资料后，滑动至页面最下方，点击保存项目资料。
3. 点击“大赛报名”，在页面右侧依照下图选择大赛、赛道后选择所属组别，再点击“新增报名”。
4. 点击“新增报名”后，选择需要报名的行业领域，点击窗口右下角保存，等待审核通过后即报名成功。

1.After registering and logging into the registration system, click on 'Edit Competition Projects' on the left side of the page, and fill in the registration project information as required.
2. After selecting 'Shenzhen Zhongke Chuangke Co., Ltd.' in the 'Recommended Participating Organization' section in the competition project editor, fill in the project information as directed. Once completed, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Project Information'.
3. Click on 'Competition Registration', then on the right side of the page, follow the instructions in the image to select the competition and track. After selecting the relevant category, click on 'Add Registration'.
4. After clicking 'Add Registration', select the industry field you wish to register for, then click 'Save' at the bottom right corner of the window. Your registration will be successful once it is approved.
