本文公布的样题来源于由国家医学考试中心编写、人民卫生出版社出版的《全国医学博士英语统一考试指南》，即新大纲。国家医学考试中心是全国医学博士英语统考的命题方。▼
这本《指南》里面除了有新大纲，还给出了一份样卷，样卷的听力有音频。今天带大家研究该样卷中听力部分的 Direction，即题型说明，题型说明里面有一则对话的样题。这个题型说明大家在实际考试的时候会听到一模一样的。

Directions: In this section you will hear five conversations. At the end of each conversation, you will hear three questions about the conversation. The question will be spoken only once. After you hear the question, read the four possible answers marked A, B, C and D. Choose the best answer and mark the letter of your choice on the ANSWER SHEET.

W: Can you tell me about yourself, please?

怎么看待新大纲听力题型变动？
这个题型说明里给出了一则对话，是出题人向考生解释说明题型用的。

回到本文的主题，这个题型说明对考生有什么意义？我们正在复习备考的同学能利用该题型说明做些什么呢？
首先，从这个题型说明来看，新大纲听力篇幅大大缩短， 该对话仅 93 词。
讲到这里忍不住插一句，新大纲听力题型变动，很多同学感到不安是正常的，但某些别有用心的机构鼓吹新题型听力难度陡增，使得原本就压力山大的考生朋友们更加焦虑，真的太让人气愤了。
但新题型听力真的变难了吗？我们不妨用数据说话！
2016 年长对话 217 词
2017 年长对话 317 词
2018 年长对话 427 词
新大纲样题长对话仅 93 词！
新大纲样题对话的篇幅比 2016 年缩短了57%，比 2017 年缩短了 70%，比 2018 年缩短了 78%！这显然是妥妥的重大利好，大家应该喜出望外，奔走相告才对啊！
可能还有人要辩称“老题型长对话只有一个，但题型改革后长对话虽然不长，但是数量增加，变成 5 个了”。那请问大家一个三岁智商的问题：是来一只大老虎可怕，还是来 5 只小猫可怕呢？哈哈答案不言自明。
其次，新题型听力话轮少，约三个话轮（对话双方一人一句、一来一往被称之为一个话轮）。
其实，近些年的真题短对话听力里面早就频繁出现多话轮的了，这个不稀奇。我们也一直是把这样多话轮的对话当成短对话来训练的。这一点我在之前的文章里面已经分析过，比如 2016 年真题听力短对话第一题，就是三个话轮：
M: Can I see the doctor soon?
W: Of course. How about next Monday? There’s a slot available at ten in the morning.
M: But I’m afraid I’m working at ten. Is there anything available after three?
W: Let me see. Not on Monday. But we have a three o’clock opening next Wednesday. Would you like to come in then?
M: No problem. Thank you.
Question: When is the man scheduled to see the doctor?
第三，该对话题材为人文相关。
虽然在对话中出现了 medicine、doctor、treating patients，选项中出现了 physician 这几个和医学相关的词，但其实对话双方讨论的并非医学话题，而是升学面试的话题。
我预测 2022 年考试听力对话的主题应该医学和非医学主题的都有。即使是医学相关的对话，也不会涉及太深的专业知识，而是以医学科普为主。
第四，这个对话样题请大家务必单曲循环，听到烂熟于心。因为到考试的时候，在听力录音的一开头，都会播放这个题型说明和样题，有的考生没有经过训练，不知道这是个样题，但在试卷上又找不到匹配的选项，很容易引起恐慌。
大家一定要注意音频读完 “Let's begin.” 的时候，接下来就要读第一个对话了，试卷上对应的是前三题的选项。
