DEGE, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- On the western Sichuan plateau, with an average altitude of more than 3,000 meters, there are many traditional Tibetan craftsmen. Through inheritance and innovation, their handicrafts go out from the plateau to the domestic and overseas markets.
