Background: Da Zhi was rescued as a one month old kitten and was diagnosed with feline panleukopenia virus (FPV) when he was first found. The local hospital where he was treated took great care of him and he made a full recovery. He has been well taken care of by his care providers and is now very healthy, socialized and ready for his forever adoption family.
Personality: Da Zhi is a sweet, quiet, and affectionate young cat. He loves to play with and enjoys the company of people. Da Zhi may be a little shy at first with new people, but he is gentle and warms up to people quickly. He likes to explore new environments and loves all kinds of toys.
Ideal home: Da Zhi would be happy with an individual, a couple or a family with older kids (e.g., 8 years and older) who are experienced cat owners with a stable home environment. Da Zhi will be a loving life-long companion for his adoption family.
Breed, Sex, Age: Da Zhi is a gorgeous, one and one-half year old male, long-haired cat. He has soft and beautiful black and white fur and luminous light green eyes.
Medical Notes: Da Zhi is fully vaccinated, dewormed and neutered. He enjoys both wet and dry foods and is not a picky eater. Da Zhi is very healthy and is a lovely socialized indoor cat.
Post-adoption care: The International Center for Veterinary Services (ICVS) has enrolled me into their Rescued/Stray/Rehomed Pet Adoption Benefits Program. ICVS will provide my new family with significant discounts (up to 50%) on my vaccinations and accompanying health examinations during the first year with my new adoption family.
Annual Vaccination Packages: ICVS has wonderful wellness and annual vaccination packages to keep me healthy and free of worms, fleas and ticks. All the vaccinations and deworming I need every year are included and the packages are discounted by 40-50%! The vaccination packages also include UNLIMITED EXAMINATIONS throughout the year! Official Vaccination Certificate: After my next rabies vaccination at ICVS, the hospital will issue my new family the official Beijing Animal Health and Immunity Certificate (e.g., vaccination red book) at no charge! I need the official vaccination red book to prove I have been legally and properly rabies vaccinated and to move to other cities or to leave China with my family.
Pet Import/Export Counselling: ICVS will provide my family with unlimited relocation counselling and accurate information to take me with them when it is time to move to another city or to another country. Because pets are for life!
Door-to-Door Pet Transport Service: ICVS can help my new family arrange for door-to-door car transport for my appointments at the hospital!
