1、负一层入户｜繁华到静谧的承载

从入户开始，便一路惊艳。简约风的入户设计让业主进门即可将一切疲惫卸下。就如同晨光，如同春风，微微洒落，一切美好且舒适。
It was amazing all the way from entering the house. The simple and stylish home design allows the owner to remove all fatigue when he enters the door. Just like the morning light and the spring breeze, everything is beautiful and comfortable.
2、负一层娱乐区｜交互的功能区

业主希望空间是能够彰显自己生活追求与品位的，区别于传统住宅，有温度的差异化居所是业主的主要诉求。
所以设计师在做负一楼空间规划的时候，就考虑到空间的观景性、独特性、私享性，以及多功能区场景的交互性。（如主区到品茗室、视听室的动线问题）
在空间更多融入情感温度，贴合业主对房子的构想。营造适合不同场合、不同人群共度的舒逸氛围。
The owner hopes that the space can show his life pursuit and taste. Different from the traditional residence, the differentiated residence with temperature is the main demand of the owner.
Therefore, when planning the space on the lower ground floor, the designer takes into account the observation, uniqueness and exclusivity of the space, as well as the interactivity of the scenes in the multi-functional area. (for example, the moving line from the main area to the tea room and audio-visual room)
More emotional temperature is integrated into the space to fit the owner's conception of the house. Create a comfortable atmosphere more suitable for different people on different occasions.

历史赋予自然感性的肌理，浅浅淡淡的木、素朴柔和的光、岁月打磨的石柱，置身之中，有一种扑面而来的放松感。取框描景，坐望木石环抱，檀木映香，身至其间，尽致演绎人在画中悠然品茗的放松之态。
History endows nature with perceptual texture, light wood, simple and soft light, and stone columns polished by years. When you are in it, you feel a sense of relaxation. Take a frame to depict the scene, sit and watch the wood and stone surrounded by sandalwood, and show the relaxed state of people enjoying tea in the painting.

对生活品质有较高要求的业主，一直想在家中打造家庭影院，闲暇之余看看电影听听音乐，这是对自己和家人最好的犒劳。
PS：视听室对装修要求会比较高，尤其是地下室建造视听室，空间大小比例、内部隔音处理、减少低频驻波和混响反射音、尤其是地下室的防潮处理，都得经过精密的设计与施工才能打造一个好的视听室，达到业主想要的效果。

设计师在花园设计的时候除了保持与室内风格相辅相成，还考虑到了景中借景。汩汩的流水，精致的绿植与舒适的休闲区，每一处设计都是完整且连贯的，让花园成为整个别墅设计中独一无二的景色。
The importance of the garden in the villa system is self-evident. It is an important landscape that owners can enjoy at home.
When designing the garden, the designer not only kept complementary with the interior style, but also took into account the borrowing of scenery from the scenery. With gurgling water, exquisite green plants and comfortable leisure areas, each design is complete and coherent, making the garden a unique scenery in the whole villa design.
4、一楼客厅｜光影里的歌

设计是为了努力创造更好的生活状态，客厅舍去主灯，用木饰面协调空间秩序，光经过木饰面和地板的漫反射，明部与暗部渐次铺陈，整个空间的仿自然造型仿佛会呼吸，借景于花园，调和出柔和自然的质感。
The design is to strive to create a better living condition. The living room is free of the main lamp, and the wood veneer is used to coordinate the spatial order. The light passes through the diffuse reflection of the wood veneer and the floor, and the bright and dark parts are gradually laid out. The natural modeling of the whole space seems to breathe, and the soft and uniform texture is reconciled by the garden.
5、一楼餐厨区｜避世的情趣

餐厨区一体式布局，不需要浓墨重彩，淡淡的色彩与家具布局把原有的空间净化，简单自然。
靠花园的墙体经过设计师妙手改造，做成整面的玻璃门，就餐时能欣赏到花园全景，让久居城市的灵魂，拥有与自然亲昵的避世情趣。
The integrated layout of the dining and kitchen area does not need heavy colors. The light colors and furniture layout purify the original space, which is simple and natural.
The wall of the garden is transformed by the designer into a glass door. When you open the door for dinner, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the garden, so that the soul who has lived in the city for a long time can have the seclusion interest of intimacy with nature.
6、书房衣帽间｜光影里的歌
Cloakroom

书房兼容阅读与衣帽间的功能（因为卧室也有衣柜，整体衣物容纳体量已充足）。做高至顶的衣帽柜可容纳一家人的衣物与被褥。
书房除了满足知识需求的设置，还是赋予更多独立思考的空间所在，现代简约风格搭配质感的艺术挂品，韵律着空间，增添空间的节奏性。
The study is compatible with the functions of reading and cloakroom (because the bedroom also has a wardrobe, the overall clothing capacity has been sufficient). The top wardrobe can hold the clothes of a family.

The bedroom is the most relaxing space. The design is mainly based on modern simplicity. The top wardrobe and display cabinet meet the daily storage. The selection of bedding reflects the owner's love for life. A pot of green plants is just the right ornament to let nature blend into the bits of life and feel the power of inner softness and relaxation.
