The article claimed that China did not release any news prior to the spacewalk, and only announced it after the event was completed. It was described as a "secret spacewalk that ignores international rules and values", a "disregard for transparency", and an act of "space hegemony" that has become a "global threat."
言下之意，你中国搞太空行走，怎么能不提前通知美国，向美国“报备”呢？怎么能这么不透明地悄悄地干完还成功了呢？怎么能不给美国老大“开个直播呢”？怎么能不把自己的航天成果都主动拿出来与美国分享呢？
In other words, the article suggests that how could China carry out a spacewalk without informing the United States beforehand and "reporting" to the US?
