Windrose Technology is working with Auckland based Etrucks® to bring the first long-range electric trucks to New Zealand. Etrucks® has placed an initial order for dozens of Windrose EV trucks and the first sample truck will arrive in New Zealand in September of 2024 for extended local testing. So far, Oceania will be the fourth continent of the Windrose roadmap after Asia, North America and Europe. Further, Etrucks® is working with UK-based company Zenobe (over 1 billion GBP raised) to provide 10-year battery lease for the Windrose EV truck. 

新西兰电动卡车进口商Etrucks®近日宣布与苇渡科技Windrose签署670km长续航纯电重卡订单,总价值超过1.8亿人民币,并已支付定金。首批样车将于今年9月抵达新西兰,联合当地物流客户开始大规模路测。至此,新西兰所在的大洋洲将成为苇渡纯电重卡在亚洲、美洲、欧洲市场之后登陆的第四个大洲。此外,Etrucks®将与总部位于英国、融资额超过10亿英镑的Zenobe合作,在新西兰当地为苇渡纯电重卡提供10年期的电池租赁服务。

The Windrose EV truck is equipped with 729kWh of battery, 800V high-voltage platform capable of megawatt-level dual-port charging, a world-best drag coefficient of 0.2755, and an autonomous range of 670km with 49 tons of total weight. This loaded duration exceeds any other electric truck available in New Zealand, and means Auckland to Wellington (about 640km) will be possible with a fully charged battery.

苇渡纯电重卡配置729kWh电池,搭配800V高电压快充平台,可以实现兆瓦级双枪快充,并结合全球最低的风阻系数0.2755,可以实现满载49吨状态下670km续航。此续航能力超过了新西兰任何其他电动卡车,也意味着满电状态下从奥克兰直达惠灵顿(约640km)将成为可能。


Previously, Windrose completed nearly 20,000 km of real-world testing in Europe and the US in colaboration with local customers, further validating key performance metrics including 729kWh of battery, 800V high-voltage charging platform, 670km of fully-loaded range, 1,000km of unloaded range (bobtail), and 1,040kW of peak output.‍‍

此前,苇渡纯电重卡联合当地物流客户顺利在欧洲、美国等地完成了近2万公里路测,进一步验证了729kWh电量、670km满载续航、1,000km空载续航、800V高电压平台、1,040kW峰值功率等核心参数。
