The Financial Analyst will play a dynamic role in acting as a business partner to support both regional FP&A function and accounting operation for the APAC region (‘Region’), covering the following markets: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and India.Assist in month-end closing, preparation of budget, forecast and business plan for the RegionDeliver regular management reports in a timely manner and utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and visualizations for month-end data analysisAssist the supervisor in monitoring financial performance and analyze results to minimize impact on variances against budget and forecastsSupport day-to-day accounting operation and month-end closing for the market subsidiariesProvide recommendation on workflow improvementPerform ad-hoc projects when required
1-3 years of relevant working experienceUniversity degree or above with professional accounting/finance qualification or equivalent preferredIn-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in creating reports and dashboardsSAP, BPC and HFM experienceFluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English (both written and oral)Experience in luxury industry, eyewear industry in particular, will be an advantageHigh learning agility, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work with stakeholders from various background
