Responsibilities
1. Play a key role in enhancing financial internal controls by leading insightful process reviews, conducting impactful business research, and delivering data-driven analysis, with a focus on optimizing expenditure processes.
2. Drive the success of our IC (Internal Control) maturity assessment initiatives by managing critical project tasks and ensuring seamless execution.
3. Provide essential support for English communication and documentation to facilitate smooth collaboration and efficient business operations.
Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
2. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong coordination and communication skills.
3. Skilled in Excel, SQL, and Python, with a solid understanding of common statistical analysis methods. Preferred Qualifications
4. Experienced in project management and analysis, detail-oriented, focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
5. Highly sensitive to data and risks, with strong logical and analytical skills, as well as systematic thinking; able to approach challenges from both a macro perspective and break them down for micro-level analysis.
