在第40个教师节即将到来之际，我们怀着崇敬与感激的心情，共同庆祝这一神圣的日子。谨向各位致以最诚挚的节日问候：教师节快乐！感谢你们在2023-2024学年为中黄教育的发展做出的卓越贡献。你们的辛勤付出和无私奉献，是中黄取得辉煌成就的基石。

2023-2024学年充满挑战，但中黄教育在学术领域取得了显著成绩。在中共中央、国务院的教育改革指导下，我们专注于全人教育，持续优化自主研发的课程，推进“五育”并举，提升教学质量和学生综合素养。我们欣喜地看到，在中黄全人教育生态圈里，中黄外国语小学在22-23学年评估中位列前三，成为白云区唯一获得优秀等级的民办小学。中黄外国语实验学校入选广州(黄埔)教育创新区中外人文交流特色学校，两所港澳子弟学校也获得了IB MYP及PYP候选资格，进一步提升了国际教育水平。

我们不断突破学术研究，彰显了中西融合教育的独特优势，培养具有全球视野和跨文化能力的学生。我们积极参与国际教育交流，承办了多项IB和CISA的学术活动，分享了IB教育本土化的创新实践。自主举办的学术论坛，如思维能力培养研讨会和中黄全人教育发展论坛，展示了我们的教育成果。中黄首届国际文化节通过多语言演讲和艺术表演，展现了学生的文化自信和国际视野。

回顾2023-2024学年，中黄教育在不断突破和发展中取得了卓越成就，显著提升了学校的学术水平和国际声誉。我们将继续推进全人教育，培养未来的全球领袖，不断创新，迈向新的高度。

中黄教育的卓越成就离不开每一位教职员工的辛勤付出。校长、班主任、包班老师、学科老师、教辅人员、后勤人员和行政人员都在默默坚守岗位，日复一日地工作。他们的奉献和努力，使中黄在教育领域取得了辉煌成就，培养了具有全球视野和跨文化能力的学生。在教师节这个特别的日子里，我们向所有教育工作者致以崇高的敬意。他们不仅是知识的传播者，更是学生成长的引路人和榜样。正是因为他们的无私奉献和不懈努力，中黄才有了今天的成就。我们要继续弘扬教育家精神，共同为建设教育强国而努力。

今年教师节的主题“大力弘扬教育家精神，加快建设教育强国”与中黄人的奋斗历程高度契合。教育家精神强调爱心、责任感和对学生全面发展的关注。这种精神与学校的核心价值观紧密相连，包括笃行、尊重、成长、责任和创新。这些核心价值观指导着学校的教育实践，塑造了学校的文化氛围，并确保了教育活动的一致性。老师们在日常教学中践行这些价值观，成为学生的榜样和中黄文化的典型代表。他们通过实际行动和创新精神，讲述感人的育人故事。

中黄全人教育生态圈的卓越成就离不开每一位成员的辛勤付出。许多杰出的校长、园长们，通过实际行动践行了中黄教育的核心价值观：笃行、尊重、成长、责任和创新。他们的奉献和努力，确保了学校的稳定发展，为学校的持续成功奠定了基础。一线老师们通过实际行动，践行了五大核心价值观：笃行、尊重、成长、责任和创新。他们在教育教学中不断实践这些价值观，为学校的发展贡献了卓越的力量。

2024年8月26日，中共中央和国务院发布了《关于弘扬教育家精神加强新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设的意见》。意见强调教师是教育的核心，提出“强国必先强教，强教必先强师”的理念，旨在弘扬教育家精神，建设高素质、专业化的教师队伍，营造尊师重教的良好氛围。

教育家精神是教师应具备的基本素质和品格，是追求的崇高境界和卓越目标。教师应不断提升个人素养，关注学生的独特性，培养学生的品德和为人处世的能力。弘扬教育家精神，让教师成为学生的楷模，不仅传授知识，更激励学生追求远大理想。

新的学年里，中黄全体教师应在教育家精神的引领下，书写更加辉煌的教育篇章。我们将继续践行教育家精神，提升教书育人能力，促进教师专业成长。通过坚定理想信念、提升道德情操、保持躬耕态度、怀有仁爱之心和追求弘道，中黄全体教师将共同推动中西融合的全人教育实践，为新时代教育事业贡献力量。

Dear teachers, students, and all members of the ZWIE family:

As we approach the 40th Teachers' Day, we celebrate this sacred occasion with respect and gratitude. Happy Teachers' Day! Thank you for your exceptional contributions to the development of ZWIE during the 2023-2024 academic year. Your hard work and selfless dedication are the cornerstone of our achievements.

Despite the challenges of the 2023-2024 academic year, ZWIE has made significant progress in academic success. Under the guidance of the central government and the State Council's educational reforms, we have focused on holistic education, optimized our independently developed curriculum, and improved teaching quality and student comprehensive abilities. ZWIE Foreign Language Primary School ranked in the top three in the 22-23 academic year evaluation and was the only private primary school in Baiyun District to receive an outstanding rating. ZWIE Foreign Language Experimental School was selected as a distinctive school for Sino-foreign cultural exchange in the Guangzhou (Huangpu) Education Innovation Zone, and our two Hong Kong and Macau schools gained candidate status for the IB MYP and PYP programmes, with ZWIS ready for the IBDP verification visit.

We have continuously push the boundaries of academic research, demonstrating the unique advantages of Sino-international integrated education. We actively participated in international educational exchanges, hosting various IB and CISA academic events and sharing innovative practices in localizing IB education. Our self-organized academic forums and the first International Cultural Festival showcased our educational achievements and students' cultural confidence.

ZWIE's outstanding achievements are attributable to the hard work of every staff member, including principals, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, teaching assistants, logistics staff, support staff, and administrative personnel. On this Teachers' Day, we extend our highest respect to all educators. They are not only knowledge disseminators but also guides and role models for student growth. It is through their dedication and relentless efforts that ZWIE has achieved its current success. We must continue to uphold the spirit of education and strive for a strong educational nation.

This year's Teachers' Day theme, "Vigorously Promote the Spirit of Educators and Accelerate the Construction of a Strong Educational Nation," aligns closely with the journey of ZWIE. The spirit of educators emphasizes love, responsibility, and attention to students' holistic development, which is in line with our core values: Integrity, Respect, Growth, Responsibility, and Innovation. Our teachers embody these values in their actions, becoming role models and representatives of ZWIE's culture.

On August 26, 2024, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Spirit of Educators and Strengthening the Construction of a High-Quality, Professional Teacher Workforce in the New Era." This policy emphasizes that "a strong country must first strengthen education, and strong education must first strengthen teachers," aiming to promote the spirit of educators and build a high-quality, professional teaching team.

The spirit of educators is a fundamental quality and character that teachers should possess. Teachers should continuously improve their personal qualities, pay attention to students' uniqueness, and cultivate students' character.

In the new academic year, all ZWIE teachers should, under the guidance of the spirit of educators, write a more brilliant chapter in education. We will continue to uphold the spirit of educators, enhance teaching and nurturing capabilities, and contribute to the education cause of the new era.
